But Ireland steal it back and boot well down field

  • 32

Much more enjoyable, on the other hand the Crusaders lost it all.

  • 33

Ireland have hardly put boot to ball at all. Makes for great running rugby

  • 34

Frenetic stuff so far. Ireland with the ball again into Italy’s half they go

  • 35

Meat was good, the braaibroodjies was the clincher.
Luckily I started early, didn’t want to run outside and miss the rugby, ha ha, but finished just before the first drops fell, so timing was lucky
    How was your whiskey tasting?

  • 36

Kearney brake that mid field again, looks like this is where the Italian weak spot is today

  • 37

Connor Murray off with injury, Eoin Reddan on

  • 38

Irelansd take scrum against head, up to Italian 22

  • 39

Irish tighthead, not often one sees the Italian scrum retreat, especially when Castrogiovanni is propping

  • 40

@ nortierd: No Whisky this week, been all wine tasting lectures – same again next week too. Have you had much rain?

  • 41

Thought a tackle like that on O’Connor would be classified as a dangerous tackle?

  • 42

@ nortierd: Castro went off early – 3 broken ribs

  • 43

    Ireland 5m out

  • 44

….and lose ball on line. Italy get ball up to nearly halfway

  • 45

Too much rain, the beginning of the week it was relentless. In the mornings the water was almost bumper high in the roads by us.
Has subsided somewhat since yesterday, luckily, too much rain is almost as bad as too little rain
Guess you are used to rain 360 days of the year?

  • 46

Ireland making a very ‘Crusaders-like’ meal of this so far, but, unlike the Crusaders, I do expect them to improve as the game goes on

Ok, thanks, must have missed that.
Now the tighthead makes more sense

@ nortierd:Yeah, although, this year, so far, up North, we’ve had very little rain – now going into a mini heat wave – say it’s hotter here than the Greek islands!!!

  • 51

  • 54

Connor Murray feeling nauseous reason for leaving pitch

Poor from Kearny, but well taken none the less
