Former Springbok and Sharks No 8, Shaun Sowerby, is set to call it a day at the end of the 2014 Top 14 season.

Sowerby, who played a single Test for the Springboks in 2002, will turn 36 in July.
Sowerby captained the Sharks in 2003 before moving to France in 2004 when he joined Stade Français.
Sowerby has also had a stint at Toulouse and currently plies his trade for Grenoble.
His retirement will come into effect in June 2014 when his contract with Grenoble expires, after which he is expected to turn his attentions to coaching.
