India 66 / 1 after 27 overs bowled, slowly but surely batting South Africa out of the game.
I have to leave to go pay some Motor Vehicle Licences and go to Pretoria… see much later!
India 151/2 are leading by 182 runs, in a comfortable position. SA must force a batting collapse soon otherwise its going to be hard going perhaps chasing in excess of 350 or even 400…
Stumps on Day 3 and India are in a commanding position 284/2 with a lead of 320 already! Proteas will be looking to the skies to help get out of this one. India may look to push on with the scoring rate tomorrow morning and maybe declare by the first drinks break or soon after to give themselves at least 5 sessions (weather permitting) to bowl SA out.
63 @ Bullscot:
The game has already now run away from the Blomme…
To bat 4th was never going to be easy… and on top of it to now chase a massive total is not going to work.
On top of it all, the weather seems to be improving here in Gauteng….
@ grootblousmile:
The SA Rugby Magazine web site and Keo website has fallen over!
On Keo it just says “Error establishing a database connection”
On SA Rugby Mag it says “An Error Was Encountered
Site Error: Unable to Load Site Preferences; No Preferences Found”
Although I am not surprised, I would like to know what you think causes this?
65 @ Alles wat mal is:
Could just be a Web Host and Hosting issue, Alles.
Usually when the WordPress site and it’s associated SQL DB uses too much CPU Time and runs too many queries, the Web Host Auto Suspends the SQL DB, and a message typical to the Voldy one is displayed.
CPU Time and overuse could possibly quite easily be linked to the Livefyre Comment System they recently employed, because Lifefyre’s ability for the common Subscriber to place Images and Video content on, as well as the inherrent Nested Commenting System… puts far more strain on shared resources, which affects CPU Time and abuse quite naturally, specially on a Shared Hosting environment or a VPS Server (Virtual Private Server).
Do not fear, they will probably be back online tonight still or in the morning, sometimes an Auto Suspend also Auto Unsuspends itself, unless the Hosting Administrators require answers from their client.
Anyway, I had just returned from Pretoria, updated this Cricket Article, and now I’m going to go inside to relax and hopefully have a good night’s sleep.
Have a good night, fella!
India already on 351 / 5, a lead of 387 already… and it is not even lunch yet
India 358 / 6 after 106.2 overs bowled… and they have taken Lunch.
Lunch – Day 4
A lead of 394 already
India 376 / 7, 111 Overs bowled at them
India leads by 412 runs
India 384 / 8, a lead of 420
India 405 / 9, a lead of 441 runs.
Still no declaration
India’s lead over 450 now…. and there is plenty time to bowl the Blomme out, should India declare or the last wicket fall now
India ALL OUT for 421, a lead of 457.
SA need 458 to win… hardly likely
Middag, middag. Ons kan nog hierdie toets wen. n Paar kolwers skuld ons groot tellings.
SA 38 / 0, 11 overs bowled at them.
Tea – Day 4
SA still need 420 ruuns to win!
It’s a lovely day here at Wanderers. India have won the toss and decided to bet.
76 @ Owen Meany:
Hello Owen…
SA doing well at the moment, 68 / 0 after 20 overs
74 @ Owen Meany:
Ja, veral Kallis skuld ons… Robin Petersen ook… Faf ook, AB de Villiers ook!
A wicket can tumble anytime, some close ones already.
100 Up for SA, no wickets down.
SA 103 / 0, 29.4 overs bowled
Looks like the wicket has improved, with the drier weather
Biff perishes, run out.
SA 108 / 1
Now we must not see another batting collapse!!!!
Amla strolls up
SA 118 / 1 after 36 overs.
I’m going over to the Aviva Premiership match for a while.
Amla out for 4
SA 118 / 2
Amla het die belangrikste reel van krieket vergeet. Hou jou oë op die bal. Hoekom speel ons eendag krieket? Vergeet van die vinnige lopies hardloop. Miskien volg hulle ons kaptein se voorbeeld.
Stumps – Day 4
SA 138 / 2, 45 Overs bowled
SA need 320 to win, 8 wickets in hand.
First session of Day 5 is going to be vital!
Dit lyk of Kallis sommer self die 400 gaan slaan.
Kallis persishes… SA now in trouble.
SA 197 / 4 after 60.4 overs bowled
