Former Sharks Director of Rugby, Brendan Venter, will help out with the coaching at Stellenbosch schools side, Paul Roos, next year.

Venter had a short stint as head of coaching at the Sharks this year and helped them win the Currie Cup by beating Western Province in the final at Newlands.
Venter, a doctor by profession, resides in Strand near Cape Town where he runs a medical practice.
Venter will try lift the fortunes of the Paul Roos 1st XV who endured a disappointing 2013 season.
Venter will fulfil the role of mentor to both the players and coaching staff.
Mmm, so lets see. Out of the 5 best coaches residing in SA, two are commentators for Supersport (Mitchel an Mallet both won 3N titles and had an 17 game winning streak), one is a director of rugby at the sharks, and one is helping out a high school. The last one, Rassie, is part of the Springbok think-tank.
The latter is the most influential, and that says a lot.
This while 2 rather successful Boks forwards coaches (Gold and Smal) have gone up north to coach.
Out of the 6 guys in charge of the (rather successful) Boks in the past decade, only 1, ONE, guy is directly involved in our borders with a senior team.
Just saying
