The Number 4 lock of Wales ran right through Lambie’s channel as well on defence…
Really, I am gatvol of people making excuses for Lambie… he nearly cost us the game a few times today.

Now all the white shirts, the frogs had their chance it seems….
AB stepping up their game.
France penalty, collapsed by New Zealand
94 @ McLook:
The All Blacks are like slow poison, that’s what makes them so good… they just get better in a game as the game progresses.

I’ll give Lambie a rating for fullback play and one for flyhalf play. He was at least a 6.5 on fullback. Remark were at he wrong place in my previous response.
Brave move to take Carter off
@ superBul: Not sure I agree completely, JF slipped a couple of tackles, and whilst his remarkable pass did give FDP the try, they were very lucky, as he was well ahead of FDP at the kick, and if the TMO had been called things may well have been different. So yes, whilst that pass was sublime, his visional skill leading up to that point not so.
I also though FdP had an indifferent game generally, but still did enough to get MOM – imagine if he had been at his best!
Morne had a very good game up to the point he was replaced, apart from the couple of girly tackles he still insists in putting in.
All Blacks penalty… kickable
See Cruden is on… and will take the shot at goal
Cruden misses the relative sitter.

I feel emphatic towards Lambie. He is getting pushed way to fast. Remember how long Morne played of the bench for the bulls as understudy for Liefling. He had a long ime to mature and eventually came through.
One should compare Patrick Lambie to guys like Aaron Cruden and Beauden Barrett, who also have to sit on the benches with little game time… yet when they come on, the flow still happens and sometimes even intensify.
@ Just For Kicks:
I picked the rating up on the Net, its not my assessment, sorry had to say so. But i agreed with most thats why i posted it
20 Minutes to go in the match

True. How do you think Lambie will do when he comes on for the AB at 70 minutes? I reckon he’ll make impact with the type of ball he’ll be receiving.
Come on Blacks… spit, spit, spit.
Hell I’m sitting at No 6 Globally (out of 35 379) on Bru… can’t slip NOW!
ABs defense simply impregnable!
All Blacks penalty… is it in range or will they kick for touch… touch it is
Try Kieran Read… BOOMFA!
AB taking the game away from the French.
Reid must have the best hands of any forward in the world, this guy can handle
All Blacks 26 / 12 France
@ McLook:My reasoning for him as the impact player is that no coach seems confident enough to slot him into 1 position, be it FB or FH. The coaches, both at Sharks and at international level, who are working with him day in and day out, just don’t seem to be convinced either. And whilst I agree with Puma and others that he gets shoved from pillar to post, why is that so? Somehow he is just not stepping up, and whilst the coaches obviously recognise his talent, they do not know what to do with it. For me, he proved that today. Surely, if he was the answer at 10, all the coaches would have kept him there?
Another good try!!!
Simply sublime once again. ABs are on a different level to anyone else. Frogs have been passionate and committed and have thrown everything they have at the white shirted black shorts to no avai. If the Boks had had to face this french team, I doubt we would have been ahead now.
I basically need 1 more converted All Blacks try…
France hard on attack
France very close
Try Dulin, France!
At last, a wonderful try.
Great try by France. AB defence so hard to crack.
