Hello Pietman… sorry, was a bit too busy to greet… with 3 games running and controlling all 3 scores

@ Just For Kicks:
Your old valley hit by massive deluge last night, water streaming down from Wemmershoekdam into GBay, Strand flooded…and the crayfish (limited) season started today, some good catches at Rooi Els (scuba), brother says.
153 @ Pietman:
Nee, stuur weer, seblief!

153 @ Pietman:Hi Pietman. Yes I saw some pics – medi-clilic under water! Friends in the Valley also have homes flooded. Some serious rain!
All Blacks get a penalty, Read all over the ball.
ABs dominating possession as England seem to be tiring.
Now IF the All Blacks could get a converted try in the last few minutes, my Bru will be close
@ Pietman:
Ciao Peterman
All Blacks scrum, on England 22
England look spent now and its all the ABs.
Wales 40 /6 Argentina (Final Score)
Wales win
2 Minutes to go, England lineout on their own 5
4 tries for Wales plenty points off boot of Leigh Halfpenny
Less than a minute to go
England can’t win, but they continue to run it at the All Blacks….
Game over, All Blacks win by 8
Final score: New Zealand All Blacks 30 / 22 England
And New Zealand emerge the victors but great performance by England. ABs are undefeated this season, congrats!

@ Just For Kicks:
Wife mopping in GooseBay as well, roof leaks like a sive apparently, 80 km/ph gale overnight driving the rain underneath roof tile, beeeeg fckup over there, and we only just had the whole place cleaned up in June. Not finished yet, still raining tomorrow,

I don’t think the AB’s do get their second wind. I have a theory about it. I think it is what makes the AB’s better than any other team on the planet. They have managed (through management, I am convinced) to be able to read the game in such a way that they can ‘turn it on and off’ when they need to and thus conserve energy for when they need it.
If you watch every other team, they run themselves ragged – as England have done today. The AB’s look as if they’re going for a stroll in the park, but are still 2 scores ahead.
What this does, is not only of relevance in the match, but it is how they have managed the whole season. They are not as tired, have less injuries (barring DC), and more importantly, have the stamina for the next match.
Yes, they have the talent to boot, but that in itself is not enough to win 18, or whatever, matches in a row.
Brilliant management, and something the rest of us should look at.
So many reports are of how much fitter the AB’s are compared to everyone else. I bet if you could see the stats, they are no fustier than many of the other teams. It is simply how they manage their fitness in the match.
@ Pietman:
Much better thanks mate.
@ grootblousmile:
Nee, net koerantberig in Burger.
@ Just For Kicks:
Yes, agree that it’s not so much that the ABs got a 2nd wind, it’s more that England seemed to run out of steam.
