Scotland 11/3 Japan
Difficult to juggle 3 scores at the same time… hehehe
TMO looking at possible obstruction in build up to Scotland dotting down
Pumas penalty, shot at goal
Missed shot at goal
England have the Bok problem at the moment. Good players, strong scrummagers, excellant loosies all the play, but just no vision. They seem to run themselves ragged for 10 minutes whilst in possession of the ball, and ned up with little to show for it in the end, unless they can force a mistake by the opposition. I don’t know if anyones seen the RC stats on that NZ website, where the AB’s had much less total possession in comparison to SA (and Aus, I think), but what they did with the possession they did have, made all the difference.
There has been talk about the Boks, and other sides not being as fit as the AB’s this season, but in my mind they are just as fit, possibly fitter, but spend so much time in the matches they play needlessly expending energy by having all the possession and territory, but running themselves ragged waiting for the opposition to make a mistake,
Both sides need to make better use of the ball they do get
Pumas hard on attack in the 22… bit cumbersome
Obstruction… England defensive penalty
No try, obstruction called against Scotland in the build up to the ‘try’ so penalty near their 22 for Japan. Pity great run by Da Luca came to nothing.
Lemoenetyd in the England / Pumas game
Half time – Scotland 11/3 Japan
Try by Hooper, Aussie, converted
Wallabies 33 / 10 Italy
I really did not expect Scotland to struggle so much against Japan… so far
Italy hard on attack
Try Italy, Cittadini
Sounds like Japan are playing really well, and Scotland backrow putting in a good shift
Wallabies 33 / 15 Italy
Commentators complaining about lack of consistency with England getting a try awarded to them last week as ‘there was not enough obstruction’ yet today Scotland try disallowed due to obstruction.
Wallabies penalty slotted
Wallabies 36 / 15 Italy
Try Joe Tomane, Wallabies
Wallabies 43 / 15 Italy
Try Israel Folau, Wallabies… gates have opened now
Wallabies 50 / 15 Italy
Sorry posted on wrong thread – 2nd half is on the go again at Murrayfield
Italy scrum but was culpably played from offside by the Wallabies
Great run by Japan… and Fukoka gets a TRY!
2nd Half on in the England / Pumas game
Japan really alert and playing a great pace taking play from their 10m line and in no time score the try.
Scotland 11/10 Japan as the conversion is over about 46th minute.
Pumas Free Kick at the scrum, tap and go
Scotland on the attack 12m out
