Ryan Wilson, capped four times by Scotland, and Rory Hughes, with Scotland Sevens, were the others summoned to Glasgow Sheriff Court, the British Press Association reported on Thursday.
A 29-year-old man was injured in the incident.
Grant and Maitland were members of the British and Irish Lions tour of Australia this year, and are in the team to play South Africa at Murrayfield on Sunday.
