Probably the best game of rugby in a few years! Definitely the closest someone has run the AB’s and their respect for us is huge in the performance of the Kapa o pango today! Just a pity that the crowd don’t show similar respect! We won’t beat these guys by brute force alone and the skill level that we are showing in our game is definitely on the rise! We need to be patient and accelerate the decision making skills that showed this afternoon!
We need a replacement for both Fourie and Morne and they need time to establish themselves! Our youngsters have the talent and hopefully this quota issue won’t get in the way! We also need a few leaders in the pack to step up and assist in decision making! Good luck to Juan Matin and his Los Pumas!!! Hulle kan maar die Aussies moer!

    @ badprop:

We also had the second game of the season, after Jaco Pyper last week, that was professionally officiated!!! Well done Nigel, the calf muscle will heel!!!

Grab a Grannie!

Adriaan Strauss?

Gaan Jean op 34 nog ’n senter-faktor wees. Beswaarlik.

Whaaw a stunned silence here. Everyone lost their appetite for Rugby

Must say this The margin is misleading, the Springboks must just get into the habit of winning against the All Blacks. At this stage we are simply afraid of doing it.
I thought Heynecke would be able to calm them down and concentrate. Certainly JdeV and Habs showed they are right up there and performed like the coach wanted. FduP was to much in the limelight all week, it somehow caught up with him.
Our injuries was at crucial places, first Habana looked like a player ready to score 4 tries on his own. Willem Alberts was all over McCaw and friends, in fact i feel our back 3 was brilliant or was McCaw only shaking off the rust. Funny he came really to light when WA left the field. Kolisi is a player for the future in a back three build around speed, not this one.

Tackling was abysmal. Why? Was their jerseys slicker than ours, we fell of tackles far to regularly. They were clinging to the tiniest piece of clothes and brought us either down or slowed us up. We were slipping far to many grabs. Is it the material or the hand cream we used. It was just amassing how they ghosted through us. Great tries for them but horrible for all South Africans.

At least we saw a few great tries from both sides. And if HM keeps practicing this game plan and get Nienaber from WP to teach them proper tackling we can get right to the Top.

    369 @ superBul:
Sorry Super, but i see very little progress in this team from when Snor was coaching. The Boks need another dimension. A faster loose trio. The guys who we have atm are excellent, but f@ck slow. We need an 5 lock, a replacement 3, a 10 who doesn’t kick every f@cking ball away aimlessly, a 13 who can actually tackle and anyone except sideshow bob at 15.

@ Loosehead: The problems are stil that SARU has way to much say. And then the Bok contracts.

We are building for a WC here. So lets start looking a fazing out the older guys. Habana is still brilliant, but does he have another WC in him. Same with Fourie Du Preez. Give some younger okes a chance to come in and show if they have what it takes.

Here is what my team will look like for the end of year tour.
