The ABSA Currie Cup is once again upon us and MTN Golden Lions coach Johan Ackermann has named his side for this Saturday’s opening match against the Toyota Free State Cheetahs.
The Golden Lions will be boyed by the fact that the MTN Lions will be back in Super Rugby in 2014, after winning the Promotion / relegation battle against the Southern Kings last weekend, despite losing the 2nd match in the series.
Derick Minnie will captain the side.
The match will kick off at 15:00, while gates at Ellis Park will open from 13:00.
