    Looks good… awarded!

  • 34

    Highlanders 31 / 14 Rebels

James O’Bieber on as a sub.

Interesting that the Rebels don’t want him for next year due to his devisive and de-stabalising nature. Ego and image is such a false and terrible thing!

Well the Bulls and Sharks game as just as hard and sometimes far more physical. Always remember Matfield saying in his days Bulls playing against the Sharks was for him the most physical game of all. Last week proved it. Was a bloody hard game, both sides taking huge hits. Will be similar against the Stormers. I just think our very physical and tough loosies last week made a huge difference.

Very good player, but players like that are just too disruptive to a team. He needs to come to SA we will sort out his problems. We don’t take that nonsense with our players.

I wonder where O’Conner will go? He wanted to go to Brumbies and Jake just said no thanks.

    Stormers also without Kolisi.

The Bulls mindset this year to play well past 80 minutes and ending strong might stand them in good stead.

Must say, the Bulls pleasantly surprised me this year, I expected them to finish mid-table and possibly only in about 6th spot before the season started. I expected the Sharks and Stormers to end above them.

  • 39

    Landers penalty, Slade slots it.

    Highlanders 34 / 14 Rebels

  • 40

    37 @ Puma:
Looks like he is talking to the Force.

    38 @ grootblousmile:
No surprises from me with the Bulls. I was the one saying here and on keo after most wrote them off after their away tour, that they would top the table. Just said they would quietly go about their business. Also they have not have too many injuries to their team.

I forgot about Kolisi as well. Sharks loose trio was absolutely massive last week. Doubt Stormers loosies will cause as much grief without Kolisi. Then a SA derby one just never knows. They will be up for it that is for sure, as up as Sharks were last week I have no idea. Still any game between Sharks/Bulls/Stormers are massive games. That is the only game I am looking forward too. Brumbies should win and so should Chiefs.

Rebels penalty, kickable but they now have to go for touch

    40 @ grootblousmile:
I thought he would be. Who else other than Force would take him? Is Beale still staying with Rebels? Doubt Reds would want him with Cooper there as think Cooper, Beale and O’Conner are all mates and all enjoy the night life. So he would be better off going back to Force.

    41 @ Puma:
Just think losing Juandré Kruger to France a few weeks too early is costing us. Lineouts were’nt as good as they should have been last weekend… and might be troublesome this week too.

We will miss Arno Botha and Jan Serfontein too… Spies not so much.

  • 45

    43 @ Puma:
Beale will stay with the Rebels, I think

  • 46

20 minutes to go, the difference also 20…

No wait… Cooper Vuna scores again under the sticks!

  • 47

    Highlanders 34 / 21 Rebels

    The difference only 13 now

  • 48

Defensive Landers scrum… one more Rebels try and it could be game ON!

  • 49

    44 @ grootblousmile:
You sure did miss Kruger last week. Van der Merwe had your lineout worked out. Then Keegan was superb last week. His best game this year. Pity he never had that form all year. He is a terrific Super Rugby player.

Huge loss for Bulls not to have Arno for this game. You know after last week I am not that sure about Serfontein. Think he needs a bit of time, don’t get me wrong I rate him highly, just think he needs more game time. Still a loss for Bulls. Where is Olivier?

  • 50

Rebels penalty, just inside the Landers half

  • 51

    49 @ Puma:
Wynand Olivier has also now already left the Bulls.

Francois Venter should be fine though.

  • 52

Rebels penalty, 5m out.. attempt at a quick tap, not from the right mark…

  • 53

Come on Rebels, make my bru count today…….. 🙂

  • 54

    Try Tom English… his 2nd…

Rebels right back in it now!

  • 55

    51 @ grootblousmile:
Venter will be fine. Wonder if Jean is totally over his injury? Hope so as we can’t have him getting injured as Boks games coming up soon. Have not heard much at all about Fransie’s injury either. Thought he would have been back by now.

  • 56

    Highlanders 34 / 28 Rebels

6 Points in it now, 12 minutes to play

  • 57

COME ON REBELS…… Approve Need some points on bru.

  • 58

    Rebels 5m out… penalty, quick tap…

  • 59

    Another Rebels penalty… tap…

  • 60

    8 Minutes remain, with a 5m Rebels scrum…
