Bosman will join fellow South African Morne Steyn as the Parisian rugby club after the Super Rugby season.
A statement on the Stade Francais website says that versatile Bosman has signed a two year contract in France.
Bosman made his Test debut at flyhalf against Wales in 2005 after first-choice Andre Pretorius was injured against Argentina.
The Springbok back also started the Boks’ next Test against France but his last test was against Australia in 2006.
Meyer played for the Cheetahs in Super Rugby 2006 and 2010 and since 2011 has been with the Sharks.
