Quite witty
Some very decisive refereeing by Nigel Owens
England scrum very powerful their tight five doing a great job. For me Launchbury and Brown have been the pick of the England players so far.
59 @ Bullscot:
Arghh, just coasting through this game and then it’s bed time.
Tomorrow is Fathers Day and I hear we’re hosting the party again here… We do ALL the freeging catering for the In-Law side of things… none of the 3 other children EVER do anything at their places. We don’t mind but hell, there are limits to some things
Thought in the first 30 minutes that Freddie Burns would have run the ball more but his kicks were clever, varying them a bit. Was good to see Burns take on the defence and run through for his try, he was charging forward when the pace came and had to check himself a little else he would have overrun it and moved the ball from behind his right side into his left side and stepped the defence and got up to speed quickly to score.
62 @ Bullscot:
Nigel Owens is the other side of the scale comapred to that mifkop who blew the Bokke match…. that one was thick, doff and dumb, this one has a whistle on steroids!
64 @ grootblousmile:
Ahh hope you not too tired for that then GBS, enjoy the day hope you get a bit spoilt too. I’m working…
67 @ Bullscot:
I never get spoilt on Father’s Day, but at least I will see my son, he’s coming to fetch his car after I had the engine overhauled.
Must say, I do not care much for these superfluous celebratory days…
Every day should be Father’s Day and Mother’s Day… because every day is Kids Day in my life…
If kids only knew how much we did for them and how deeply we care.
2nd Half ON!
Buona sera a tutti!
70 @ The_Young_Turk:
Tutti-Fruitti to you too Gobbles!
I freekin forgot the game. Why didn’t you remind me, Smiles!
Why are the Purple People Vreeters playing the Pumas?
68 @ grootblousmile:
Great enjoy having your son over. Don’t think things should be too commercialized but enjoy the odd bit of a day like this.
Argentina tackling quite well forcing England back behind the advantage line and they get the ball from England knock on
I see Arno Botha will be out for 2 months… eish
Quite impressed generally by the handling skills of England they recycling the ball nice and quickly and passing hard and mostly accurate.
76 @ grootblousmile:
Nooo that’s not good GBS. Also our two scrumhalves out
Tryyyy Montero, Pumas
Geez, the number 11 is a big laaitie!
Arg 17/25 Eng as Montero scores
England 25 / 19 Pumas
Lawes straight into action tackling the Argentine who collected the kick off, Lawes does tackle hard
Argentina lucky there, are you allowed to just hack at the ball from the side of loose
Ag no was looking forward to this whisky beer but it doesn’t taste nice going to have to pour it away
@ grootblousmile:
Bad news, his knee or what?
Try Webber, England
Try by Webber for England!!! Right going to focus on just watching the game for a bit, if I don’t speak again this game then GBS and Young Turk catch you on the Canada Ireland thread in the early hours 🙂
