Well done Wallabies and Lions. Great game to watch.
Just hope the Boks can produce something magic later, doubt it though. We just play boring boring rugby.
@ Loosehead: Couldn’t agree more, the Bok match has a lot to live up to if it is to come anywhere close to this. What a pleasure to see some decent international rugby again. Puts it back into perspective.
Always knew that Oz would finish the stronger. Lions are very, very lucky to have sneaked this one.
Nou vir Skotte teen Italie, Bokke teen Samoosas.
Next match (Scotland / Italy) on in 14 minutes
@ The_Young_Turk:
The replacement props are crap.

Agree, magnificent game to watch. I love that type of rugby to watch as well. Don’t expect this from the Boks later.
273 @ The_Young_Turk: In matches like this, you have to ride your luck. Lions just did it better than the Wobblies
Time to take a leak and to charge the glass….
@ Loosehead:
Yes, but then the Wobblies also had replacement props. Did they play their first choice props on the bench?
273 @ The_Young_Turk:
Lions are damn lucky to win this one. Wallabies missed 13 points at goal today. They should have won it. They need to bring in Mogg and Cooper for next week. Though Beale was great when he came on, just the kicking.
277 @ Puma:
Sad hey?
OK, I’m over on the next game thread
@ Just For Kicks:
Lions did nothing. It was all in the hands of the Ozzies, they got the better in the scrums and got the penalties. It was all in the kicker’s hands in the end. Lions were just passively awaiting their fate.
282 @ Loosehead:
For sure it is sad. WE have the talent and should be turning it on as well. WE don’t and play the most boring rugby out of any country. See Jean is playing today even though we all know his injury is 50/50. I know he past the fitness test, but come on Meyer should have played the exciting Serfontein instead.
I just expect us to kick everything again and again all game long.
past = passed
