OK i am glad this tryless feast is over, after this i think the Bulls played brilliant
Things look bleak for the Stormpoppies next week against the Chiefs!
I now have to write my blog. WTF am I going to say this week. I need to fill 500 words and can’t even come up with a heading. Has there been any decent schoolboy rugby this weekend?

What is the address?

They earn their living as rugby commentators so they are part of the marketing effort to convince the fans to continue buying their “fantastic” product!
Kings above the Stormers on the log, hahaha
@ Just For Kicks:
And will remain so for at least the next 2 weeks…

and it will stay that way after next week, eish, relegation spook ……
Cheers chaps, dinner on the table, and looking so much more exciting than what has been dished up so far. Groom deserved MOM in my book, but well done to Deysel
@ Just For Kicks:
write about AC, how he farked up Springbok back line play under Jake and how he is destroying the legendary back line play of the Western Provice/Stormers
Two played, two lost with last years game plan. One have to ask how many more they are going to lose with last year gameplan before Alistair makes adjustments. Real problem is Alistair don’t know how to change what he is doing and it’s now to late. He should have planned his innovations during his break.
Good bye/night all
4.5 hours wasted in front of the TV

Sorry Loskoppie… if I had known it was going to be such a drab affair, I would have insisted that a Shark or Stormpoppie author handle the Live Game Article.
I apologise profusely!
Hehehe
Jonathan Kaplan been spoiling rugby games since 2000
Well done to my Sharks and also well done to Stormers. That was a very hard fought battle by two great sides. Strength against strength in test like conditions. It don’t come better or easier.
Sure there were no tries galore? WELL what you expect? Good grief have ANY of you played rugby in the most humid months of Durban? I DOUBT IT so none of you can really give your totally honest opinion about that game.
Do you think Sharks or for that matter Stormers were gonna throw the ball about in those conditions? GET REAL it was NEVER NEVER gonna happend. It was ALWAYS gonna be a very tight (test like) kinda game. None of the teams were gonna risk even more mistakes than we saw yesterday. I totally expected that kind of game for this time of year it never once surprised me at all. I also expected PLENTY handling errors as it was always gonna happen. The ball is just way, way too slippery in the humidity for any team that plays here this time of year. Humid conditions are far worse than playing in the rain there is no doubt about it. Ask the players they will tell you. Lambie himself mentioned that just this past week that the humidity was far worse in handling the ball than in rain conditions. Sticky slippery ball the whole night long? Even tackling becomes slippery in these conditions. So who thought there was going to be beautiful off loading game must surely be living in a dream world. Never in these conditions. The game both teams played is the only type you play in these conditions. Thank goodness we have coaches that know that. Not even Mallett who I rate could understand that either when he spoke after the game yesterday, that totally had me speechless a guy of his coaching talent. Then again he has never coached a Durban team.
I enjoyed the game whether it was a long drawn out game or not. It was a mighty mighty battle between two great defence teams yesteray. One had to win and I am so pleased my Sharks did as it was that close. Last year we lost our first two games this year we have won them. We on the right road so far. Once we out of the truly humid months I do expect Sharks to keep ball more in hand and yes, we will see the off loading game again by them, I have no doubt about that. Last year when Chiefs played us at the tank and that was in April not even then could even they hold onto the ball. Was a similar game that was played between the Sharks and Chiefs. That game Chiefs got a narrow win against us. Never seen SBW have such a awful game as he too could not hold onto a ball that day and hardly got his off loading game going AT ALL. So again in these conditions you play the game to suit the conditions. Makes sense.
