What is the secret to the Stormers tackling? They are simply a few notches better than the rest
Puma@83. Well he can chip. Can’t speculate on his passing game as I can’t remember him demonstrating distribution skills.
Stormers penalty again… against a Whitelock, I’m sure
Very good stuff from the Stormers. Some blatant cheating from the Crusaders again. How they constantly get away with it is beyond me.
De Jongh lost a yard in pace since his injury by the looks of it.
Crusaders tactics of moving the ball wide quickly isn’t working tonight.
Some poor passing there by the Stompies backline but they still managed to hold onto those fifty fifty passes. The forwards are really doing their job and dominating the Saders.
Stormers 11 / 0 Crusaders
Big Cape Doctor favouring Stormers in this 1st half but complicating the line-out throw.
Great to see the Stormers open up from the back like that. Pity bout those last passes, but Joe sorts out the three points.
@ superBul:
every tackle is an offensive tackle. The Crusaders have no answer for it at the moment.
Another Crusaders softie down on the ground.
The way it’s going at the moment Guilford is going to take up drinking again at half time.
De kock Steenkamp is having another good game.
@ Just For Kicks:
Yip, but looks like the SA refs pick it up beter than the nz refs.
Saders player stetchered off… McNicoll
A Jantjies kick charged down…
Good smother tackle from vd heever
Try Matt Todd, under the sticks
Fantastic move by the Saders, deserved try!
Not enough though, as the crucheaters finally break through the Stromers defence
Stormers 11 / 7 Crusaders
Terrible defence by Stormers allowed that Saders try.
Stormpies getting tackled way behind the advantage line. This try the result of one dimensional backline play by Stormers and Shyte play by Jantjies. He can’t read the game. Fark he is over rated.
Jantjies having an absolute shocker… knocks, then hangs onto the ball and gives the penalty away
Sloppy handling letting the Stormers down, they are just taking their foot of the gas, and the Crusaders are sensing the opportunity.
O flok, the pressure getting to Elton. And now we don’t have Grant to come on…
Jantjies needs to be subbed, and quickly. Confidence shot to hell, and if AC doesn’t look after him, he will be ruined
Boolands making a disgraceful noise.
Blyendaal for goal…. missed left
111 @ McLook:
Have to say Stormers let their best fh go, by not really rating him I feel, could be the reason. Was too late after the CC final as he had already signed for Kings. Demetri has been superb for the Kings.
Saders finding their rhythm now
