    @ Puma:
Don’t see many sides stopping the Chiefs in this kinda form. They have all the bases pretty covered.
Strong and rugged scrum, tall and good locks, potent loose trio, and dynamite in that backline, with x-factor everywhere.

Goal kicking with Anscombe and Cruden also covered. Any takers for that trophy will have to do it the hard way.

  • 167

    Chiefs 45 / 3 Cheetahs

  • 168

  • 170

Final Score: Chiefs 45 / 3 Toyota Cheetahs

  • 171

Well done Chiefs. Sorry Cheetahs the Chiefs were just far, far too good.

  • 173

Fark, I thought my Bru pick of 25 was big… well the Chiefs won by 42!

  • 174

Eish! What a drubbing! Guess the travel effects kicked in around the 65 minute mark. The schedule is just to congested, there should be at least a week gap for teams travelling overseas. Jumping on a plane, a day after a tough match, then flying across what two time zones, and then having a few days to prep! Harsh, but Ja it’s the same for everybody!

  • 175

Ok, so that was not quite the 7 point victory margin that I had predicted.

  • 176

    Man, this was not good!

Chiefs were well held in the 1st half, but when the Staat wheels came off, they came off spectacularly in the 2nd half.

  • 177

The Chiefs are beatable, fellas… some teams will hold them for 80 minutes and not just 60 minutes.

    16 @ Cheetah4eva:
I know just hoping bud, would be great if any of the Saffa sides could stop them. The thing is the Sharks face them straight up like the Cheetahs have done after travelling there, so doubt even my Sharks would beat them. We will be a lot more competitive though. We will have Bissie back by that time as well as Alberts. Then like your team we face the Landers next on our tour. Eish not going to be easy, especially we tour later when their weather is not great by that time. So for now think Stormers have the best chance to stop them as they face the Chiefs after the Chiefs have travelled. Hope Stormers can beat them.

    177 @ grootblousmile:
Do Bulls play them this year or is that the team that you miss from NZ? Stormers missed playing them last year.

I’ve put the Bulls vs Force Article up early… so it leaves us with quite a productive Saturday till 17:05 this afternoon.
