Wales still in good attacking position now inside Scotland 22
Thought that ball just rolled forward with Wales on possesion, missed by ref
Wales charging through now, Scotland defending stoically
Can Scotland’s defence hold out much longer, Wales very dominant now
Absolutely no support leads to a penalty to Wales. C’MON Scotland, basics.
Scotland do so well to turnover ball with good work by Murray then Beattie gets pinged and it should be 3 points for Wales.
Easy one for Halfpenny.
Scotland (12) 12 / 16 (13) Wales (46 min)
Scotland will rue the 5mins either side of halftime later on.
Beattie wasn’t sure why he was penalized there as he showed with his hands to ref Joubert, but it was called ‘sealing off’, thats 6 points directly or indirectly Beattie has cost Scotland in the last 10 minutes, first the silly knock on a few minutes before half time which a few phases later lead to Wales penalty as Hamilton transgressed and now this penalty
Good maul
Penalty to Scotland as a result. Kickable
Penalty Scotland for Wales collapsing the maul, have seen yellow cards given for that sort of thing in the past.
Not good to see Ryan Jones leave the field holding his hand and grimacing. Hope not too serious.
Easy for Laidlaw.
Scotland (12) 15 / 16 (13) Wales (48 min)
OVER!!! Scotland 15-16 Wales
Hogg charged down. Scotland lucky there, but now on the back foot.
Better from Laidlaw
Apart from one break, Hogg has struggled a bit today.
Very good clearance kick by Laidlaw takes play from well inside Scotland 22 to about 8m inside Scotland half, just when I thought he should have passed it to Weir to kick for more distance.
Few phases of play later and its Wales lineout on the half way line as Visser kicks out from deep in his 22
Penalty to Wales for Scotland now collapsing the maul, still no card
Another sill penalty from Scotland. This is, without doubt, the worst game of the 6N so far. Not a good advert for the game at all.
Wales went for touch and got the ball back from lineout deep in Scotland territory, looking dangerous
Feel Wales will score soon, but then Scotland get lucky and Wales knock on
Come on Scotland time for a BIG SCRUM!!!
Awesome defence by Scotland. Why do they find the need to cheat? They are so much better when they don’t, and give away far less points.
STUPID STUPID STUPID, Scotland give away a penalty again for engaging early yet again and Ford gets a talking to by ref, should be 3 points for Wales.
Dang, and they give away a penalty for illegal scrumming – that one a matter of opinion though!
Halfpenny slots the sitter.
Scotland (12) 15 / 19 (13) Wales (55 min)
Tipuric who is on for injured Jones is known as a good scanvenger
