The Kings revealed that they will wear an all black strip when playing at home in this year’s Super Rugby competition.

According to Die Burger’s website, the team will change to an all white strip for away matches.
They will wear their new jerseys for the first time when they open their Super Rugby campaign against the Force in Port Elizabeth on Saturday, February 23.
This change in jerseys sees a shift away from the traditional red and black hoops worn by Eastern Province.
In upcoming warm-up games against the Lions in Johannesburg (Saturday) and Griquas in Port Elizabeth (Wednesday), the team will, however, still sport its old colours.
The game at Ellis Park on Saturday has been dubbed by many as a ‘grudge’ match with the Kings facing the team they replaced in this year’s Southern Hemisphere showpiece.
But their director of rugby, Alan Solomons, has dismissed the talks.
“This game has nothing to do with who has the right to play Super Rugby. It’s a warm-up game for the Southern Kings as part of our preparations for our debut in Super Rugby against the Western Force, nothing more,” said Solomons.

Howzit Piet,
How you doing? Hope well. Are you back in Saudi?
No Sharks thread so will just put this up here.
Good luck to my Sharks tonight. Hope their warm up game goes well.
Sharky don’t forget a article on our Sharks game tonight, don’t think it is on tv.
Cape is really beautiful. Having a great holiday just the traffic and wind is hectic down here. Still a great place for a holiday.
Out of here now.
Go Sharks! Just hope no injuries from these warm up games.
Cheeky het bietjie drade gaan trek by die ANC, so dink twee keer voordat jy sy hand skud.
Hy en sy klein seuntjie
LukePuke rol nou seker lekker in die ponde. Nee wat, dink ek moet my nic verander na “exreni-op”* so dink twee keer voordat
