Wales 3/30 Ireland
Geez, never expected Wales to be so poor. At this rate they are going to risk ending finishing at the bottom of the 6N.
@ The_Young_Turk:Yeah, unfortunate, as it is such a great country. I hope it comes right, but it certainly was a bit scary for us towards the ned. Having said that, though, it seems to have settled down a bit now in our area. A few more riots, and farm burnings in January, but no more deaths, thank the Pope!
Wales with an opportunity now from the penalty, they must use it
Easy try for Cuthbert as Ireland come out of their line
Halfpenny slots the conversion
Wales 10/30 Ireland
Wales showing good patience and end up with a well-deserved try.
All of a sudden Wales seem to have woken up
As say that Wales cock it up again, and Ireland push back to Wales half
@ Just For Kicks:
It is nice tho’ to have the option of being able to choose where to live. You could always return if Britain goes bankrupt…
Peter O’Mahony comes off for blood
Phweeew, Ireland far ahead, hey!
@ The_Young_Turk:Yes, a typical soutie!
@ grootblousmile:Been a pretty good match, bar the silly mistakes
Wales penalty in Irelands 22, out in front, very kickable, but goes for touch, 5m out
Wales win the line out, 4m out now
Penalty advantage to Wales, still playing
Wales just a couple of meters out, Whistle goes for Wales penalty, quick tap, but O’Driscoll stops the attack
Wales still in possession , but losing a bit of ground
@ Just For Kicks:
In your case though your wife is Scottish so you have the moral luxury to be able to choose without feeling like betraying one country or the other. In any case the whole nationalism ideology is just a relatively recent human invention and I hope it disappears in the near future.
Another penalty to Wales, and Best cops a yellow for a side entry. Wales looking much stronger now
Moerse exciting rugby now! Wales have come alight while Ireland went a bit into their shell.
Wales still on attack, must score now, and do through Halfpenny in the corner – or do they.
@ The_Young_Turk:Yup. I am a real half caste – Born in Cyprus, first 7 years in UK, next 15 in SA, next 5 or so back in UK, and then back to SA, now here again
Try awarded, but conversion missed
Wales 15/30 Ireland
That was a crucial conversion to miss. Can’t see them catching up now.
Wales need to take advantage of the numbers difference now. Make it count
@ Just For Kicks:
Didn’t know that. Thought you were born in SA! Were your parents both born in the UK?
