Hellooooooooo folks!
Ready for Six Nations Rugby?
I’ll be your captain for this game, we’ll be flying at a cruising altitude of 33 000 foot at a cruising speed of 850 knots.
Sit back and enjoy the ride… and give the air hostesses hell!
2 @ grootblousmile:
Enjoy it GBS hope you shouting for the right team, must head away for now ciao!
3 @ Bullscot:
Go Scotland!
Ciao a tutti! Forza Italia!
I see we have a new registered blogger… tarrasbulba.
Welcome fella… talk to us here!
There used to be a restaurant in Pretoria with that name, which my late dad frequented…
Players out on the pitch…. and we have the anthems.
Italy’s Kerkmusiek up first
7: klink soos ‘n lekka wals
Skotland, klap die lawwe pizzas !
Scotland’s anthem… that’s one we can say about the UK Home Unions… great anthems
Skotte is lojaal aan hul span, gee nie om hoeveel keer hul verloor nie, pawiljoene altyd vol en jy hoor nooit hul boe hul eie spelers nie, respek !
Wow, Scots have even brought canons to help them against the Italians!
Game ON!
Is daardie Visser van SA, van die Sharks of van die see ?
Saffers should support the Italians as the number of saffers in the Italian team outnumber the number of saffers in the Scots team 😉
Both teams eager to run the ball. Hope Boks are taking note…
Orquera’s attempt at goal is off the post and missed… scores still 0 / 0 after 8 minutes
Pace is frenetic so far – not as polished but certainly maximum committment from both teams!
Colours of the different team shirts a bit similar… not too badly so theough.
Totally new strips by both sides
@ grootblousmile:
But not a bit of pink anywhere…. seems that pink is only popular among “certain” teams 😉
Silly little kick up midfield by Orquera… punished well
Italians mistaking this game for football….
19 @ The_Young_Turk:
One can wear pink… it’s when the heart is too pink that you have a problem… hehehe
Scotland penalty, near the 22, right in front
Scotland 3 / 0 Italy
@ grootblousmile:
The heart is not the organ one has to worry about 😉
25 @ The_Young_Turk:
You would know….
Botes moet mos sommer met Pyper die taal praat man en vir hom se hy moenie die Italiaaners opblaas nie.
Interesting game so far.
Must say it’s lovely to see how much the Italians have improved their running rugby. Just a year ago they were absolutely useless. Seems like there could be hope for the Boks if only our coach would try it…
I picked Scotland by 5 on SuperBru
