The Southern Kings winger injured his arm during a training session on Friday and x-rays taken over the weekend have revealed a break.
The Kings Director of Rugby Alan Solomons says that he expects Killian to miss their first round clash as well as the second round clash.
“Michael has a fracture to the mid third of his radius and will be out for between four to six weeks, which means he will miss out on the opening game against Western Force and most likely the Sharks game as well.” Solomons told Rugby15.
Killian was born in the Eastern Province region in Uitenhage and played U-19 and U-20 rugby for Eastern Province.
In 2008 he moved to Gauteng and played for the Lions where he was a regular Super Rugby starter as well as in the Currie Cup but announced that he would join the Kings last year in June.
