Match notes |
|
All NZ need is a bunch of singles
22 needed off 42 balls
Wickettttttttttttttt!
McLaren!
What a beaut Ryan
McLaren to Mills, OUT
KD Mills b McLaren 26 (40b 1×4 1×6) SR: 65.00
Come on… one last wicket boys!
At last, McLaren knocks the middle pegs out of the ground. Good innings and good wicket – just when we really needed it. Now, 1 more please
Knife-edge game
Would have loved if this game took us nearer to the kick off time for our first SA rugby game of 2013
Tight game, this, SA certainly being made to sweat a bit
Eish, wide
McLaren making the ball dance a bit
21 Needed off 36 balls… too close for comfort
Pfrrrt, 4
4 again…. sho, sho, sho….
Q de Kock put a couple down now. Could this cost us the game?
Big mistake to relief AB from the wicket keeping job
We need 1 wicket… now!
10 needed off 30 balls… enough balls, that’s for sure
Dale Steyn went for freegin 11 in his last over
Franklin gets 4… only 6 needed now
4 needed… and Franklin keeps strike… eish
Yup, this is NZ for the taking. That last over by Steyn just typifies SA’s mental problem. ‘When in doubt, lash out’. Rather than slow it down a tad, put the ball in the right spot, he get all het up and sprays the ball down as fast as possible. We just don’t have the mental edge
New Zealand win… with a 4 from Franklin.
Ai toggie!
Great win by NZ, resting players cost us big time, some arrogance?
Very well done NZ, you deserved that one from the word go. Certainly had the wood over the Proteas mentally. Not good cricket from the Proteas at all.
just back from picking up dinner and I see this
Stupid Radio 2000 had the soccer build up on
Moerse, this is like loosing against the Kings boys
265 @ superBul:Certainly arrogance plays a part, but when it doesn’t go our way, we fall apart…..AGAIN!!!!!
Well done New Zealand. Congrats.
Well, not so long to go till the rugby…
See you on that Article!
