Scotland hard on attack, 7m out
But all goes to pop as he runs into his own player
Ahh silly mistake had to make that one count, bad luck running into his own man after pick up from base of ruck/maul
Yes caught out by the ref – who calls against no 8. – maybe a wrong call
117 @ The_Young_Turk:As long as Ostrich remains so stubborn, picks players out of position, an outdated game plan, the use of very average assistants and his insistence of the wrong players altogether, he will NEVER rise to the level of Mallet or White. NEVER.
Scotland playing some good rugby now
Keep your composure guys
120 @ Bullscot:
No then it must have been another year, but he was definitely South African, still had a South African voice as I remember they interviewed him via Boots one night. Just can’t remember his name. He went to live there about 4 years back from what I heard that night. Someone here will know. Gbs will remember I am sure, will ask him tomorrow.
meant = South African accent.
Ag no man shouldn’t have given away the penalty, playing ball on ground by Scotland, also looks like Ford has a hand injury
Possesion for game so far Scotland 42% ABs 58%
ABs holding off continuous Scottish assault on their line.
118 @ The_Young_Turk:
Cheers bud, got the reception back now. Often lose it here for some reason.
Coles and Kerr-Barlow on for their debuts
128 @ Puma:
Oh yes now I think I know who you talking about man, he also played 7s for Scotland – name is on tip of my toungue is it Roland something
Very good try from Savea, after a brilliant chip over the top by the maestro
Scotland 22/44 AB’s
There you go Puma the man you must be thinking about is ROLAND REID – eigthman and winger. He had to retire due to knee injury – found a reoort from August 2009 about it : http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/rugbyunion/international/scotland/6063419/Scotland-international-Roland-Reid-is-forced-to-retire-with-persistent-knee-injury.html
I think our Boks could get beat next week. WE had better be wide awake for the first half next week.
@ Just For Kicks:
Problem is if Ostrich turns out to be a failure after 4 years, which is looking more and more likely with every test, we don’t have any competent saffers to replace him with besides Mallet and White. As SARFU will not pick them, we will be likely seeing Coetzee as the coach and in for the same disaster as now
What a difference two years make, back in 2010 there were apparently 30 000 empty seats at Murrayfield in game between Scotland and Boks, earlier this week they were saying that only about 17 000 tickets available still for next weekend’s game. Also back then Scotland only scored 3 points against All Blacks today already 22
Think Lawson is a good hooker who maybe deserves a starting spot more often than the more favoured Ford, too often for me Ford doesn’t seem to play as well as you think he should
NO MAN HOW DID WE LOSE THAT ONE
Too far behind now but a consolation try or two will be nice
140 @ The_Young_Turk: Possibly Plumtree, but agree, not a lot out there. If we didn’t have our collective heads up our asses, we would spread the net a bit wider, or start grooming someone with the view of taking over.
Will be nice for Henry Pyrgos to get a wee run here for his debut, young upcoming scrumhalf who plays for Glasgow looks to have a good strong pass
That man Richie MaCaw again
@ Bullscot:Your wish is granted
Mr Robinson must be reading our comments on this site as Pyrgos on his way
Ben Smith in after Carter sets up yet another
