    60 @ Bullscot:
Don’t remember the saffa’s name that used to play for Scotland. Think he played at 8 do you remember him? Think he came from Port Elizabeth. What happened to him?

  • 63

    57 @ Puma:
Hi Puma was thinking that as well, AB’s on another planet but I guess we’ll have to see how they rest of tour to put this match in perspective, but these new laws tailor made for All Blacks

  • 64

    No try.
A penalty given. Scotland run it. 2m out

  • 65

    OH YESSSS!!!!

  • 66

    TRYYYYYYYYYYYYY Scotland

  • 67

Even tho the Boks are so poor, we should be able to thrash this Scottish team. That being said, teams that should have no hope against us have lost their former respect and awe of the Boks. Nowadays we are just regarded as a big and dangerous but slow, mindless and predictable team that can be outwitted and outplayed. The Scots will be up for us like they are not for the All Blacks.

  • 68

Come on Laidlaw get the conversion

  • 69

Geoff Cross in for a Scotland 4 minutes into halftime

  • 70

Well done Scotland getting another try. That is two tries against the ABs. Far better than the Boks could do.

  • 71

AND ITS OVER – suddenly 2 tries against 4 doesn’t seem as bad as it did 5 min ago, nice reward for not taking kick at poles or out to touch after penalty

  • 72

“Geoff Cross’s unlikely try” says the commentator – why does he have to describe it like that, no wonder there is no love lost between the two nations

  • 73

    Scotland 17/34 All Blacks

  • 74

    62 @ Puma:
Which time period are you talking about Puma?

  • 75

    67 @ The_Young_Turk:
We thought that the last time in 2010 and we lost to the Scots. WE could again. Boks are not playing anything to be really proud of right now. First half yesterday we looked clueless. 2nd half much better though.

  • 76

Unless the Boks up their game, the Scots will give us a run for our money next week

  • 77

    74 @ Bullscot:
2010 he played 8th man against us in the eoyt there.

  • 78

Why BBC do we have the ‘pundits’ we got in the studio for this one, only Andy Nichol good man representing the home team

  • 79

    74 @ Bullscot:
2010 he played 8th man against us in the eoyt there. He was very good actually. Just don’t remember his name.

  • 80

    76 @ Just For Kicks:
They could beat us if we played like we done in the first half yesterday.

  • 81

    77 @ Puma:
Gosh you got me thinking man as I was at that game, will have to try and find out. In recent time David Denton has played at 8th man but he was Zimbabwean and also think it was after that tour he made his debut.

  • 82

The difference between Nick Mallet today, and yesterday says it all about SA rugby

  • 83

    @ Puma:
I don’t think you read my whole comment, Bigcat. I was saying “SHOULD” not “WOULD”

  • 84

Replay of ABs last try showed some poor defending by Scotland should have tackled the guy out in the corner, and the theme in studio is talking about the poor defence – they say 13 missed tackles already by Scotland, but guess if ABs playing at the pace they are it makes it that much harder

  • 85

    @83 @ Just For Kicks:
Would you care to elaborate. What’s the difference?

  • 86

Coach Ostrich, leave this afternoon’s video review of yesterday’s game and let the SAFFAS watch the AB’s PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Simple, uncomplicated RUGBY FOOTBALL.

    Entertaining and EFFECTIVE.

  • 87

Agg thats brilliant to see Chris Hoy and the other olympians going round the stadium and to hear LOCH LOMOND playing on the stadium speakers just can’t wait to be at Murrayfield to see BOKS next weekend!

  • 88

80 @ Puma:That was kak rugby, wasn’t it. Like I said yesterday, though. How can we train for weeks, play crap rugby, and 10 minutes at halftime is all we need to completely change our style?

  • 89

    87 @ Bullscot:
Wish I could be there. Think it would be great to experience Murrayfield.

  • 90

Scotland assistant coach Doug Johnstone will not be happy will be interesting to hear if/what he said at half time because the one thing he says he wants from his players is that they must show loads of commitment was nice to hear him talk on radio last night, quite an amusing antipodean – well worth trying to hear some of his interviews – speaks with a smile in his voice
