@ grootblousmile:
We don’t play as a unit yet. The raw material is definitely there. We need to establish the best players and then stick with them. Goose and Elton can both do the job. Morne is limited to his kicking when on form. Our defense is too leaky, on and off. We lack consistency more than technical proficiency.
356@ @ Just For Kicks:
Perfectly summed up! We are squabbling over players and technical things. They play as a unit, BASTA!
@ bdb:
Wie vang jou oog
361 @ The_Young_Turk:
Our cohesive unit is easy to break down…. pity
the experts on SS is really taking us more apart than the ABs did
Bokke started so well… till the All Blacks managed to read us perfectly
@ bdb:
stem saam , ons moet n Greame Smith tipe leier kry, jonk, windgat en self versekerd
@ superBul:You’ll never see me in an AB’s shirt – at least exposed, anyway, hehehe.
I feel we are spending too much time slagging off our team. We shouldn’t. They played to their potential, and were outplayed by a vastly superior side. Simple as that.
I still believe we have the talent in this country to play rugby that can easily match the AB’s. We simply don’t have the brain power or the experience up top to do this it seems. We need to go out and find the John Mitchells, Carlos Spencers, Eddie Jones’ of this world as consultants. With all respect in the world, the van Graans et al in coaching roles at this level really is a step too far.
@ superBul:
Wie?
I actually take a lot of positives away from this game and the whole season so far. We are slowly, and with HM it is a very slow process, discarding our weak players and discovering our top players. Loose trio is now sorted, Locks sorted, Front row still iffy, Scrummy iffy, Flyhalf sorted, Midfield with Fransie and partner iffy, Wings Habs and JPP and full back iffy.
the headlines
Boks a big flop at Soccer City
New Zealand scored 20 unanswered second-half points to trounce South Africa 32-16 in their Castle Rugby Championship clash at Soccer City in…
Sadly in SA our biggest lack is in the coaching department.
Hello again all, disapointing to see this result, of and the one from earlier this afternoon.
Sharks / Cheetahs game about to start… SS6
@ superBul:
Are hopes were simply not realistic. The ABs are in another league to every one at the moment. Sure they may be beaten in a one off, but they won’t suffer 2 defeats in a row.
@ The_Young_Turk:
Should be “Our hopes”

373 @ The_Young_Turk:Exactly my point in comment 369. I would add Ostrich to that, but I feel that is just flogging a dead horse.
@ BullscotBok:Hi Bully, yeah sadness, but not too bad, AB’s outplayed a poor team still learning the ropes
@ bdb:
We should just choose our best 15 and then nominate a captain. Don’t make this an issue. With good team spirit, the captaincy problem can be easily overcome. Maybe we in SA are too provincial. By time we learn to play as a nation and put the national team first.

hell this hurts, i just cant take it, being beggars , being happy with the odd win, fark man we must dominate them. At this stage the All Blacks are no 1 , daylight is no 2 and we are somewhere lower down, will we be 4th after the Aussie game?
372: ek sien die opskrif is skielik verander na “Boks given a rugby lesson’
PC geval ?
@ superBul:
I feel your pain bru, but at least I think we can be confident of the number 2 spot for whatever that’s worth. Don’t see any other team in the world matching up at this stage.

Tragies.
