  I have now WATCHED the Test, and here is my few thoughts

  I said in my article last week, about our performance that HM will stay on if he plays a better game this week. Well we played a dam good first 60 minutes.
  If the team gel and the passing sticks the forwards would have won this game
  We must find a in form kicker. My choice is Elton, but OK save him from the Heynecke Meyer indoctrination team, the next coach will use his in his prime years, he is simply too good for HM to absorb. He is like a dazzle of zebras in front of HM…..

  The Dean incident , well, well, well, it was clear as daylight that Dean wanted to take out SA,s most hated opponent, RM. I expect a ban of at least 6 weeks, a deserved one too.

  Wish i could type in smaller letters what i want to say now,and remember what i said in the previous sentence.
  “dammit Dean at least you were accurate, nailing the right man” and yes you would have been supported by our previous coach who stood by Schalk the eye gaucher. Sad that it had to happen but even the NZ commentators said that he took law into his own hands, thereby acknowledging that Reechy was again playing on the edge.

  So Dean take the time off go to the gym and catch up with the rest in this little break you will get. Dean is 26 years old and he has played great Super rugby for the Bulls and i believe a player like him can make a comeback, if the Bulls believe in him i will too. But he must catch up , get expert help and i wish him a great comeback.

  We blew a great chance yesterday, but also remember we blew far more greater chances when we had the SUPER Springbok team intact.

  Another “klip in the Bos” could we do with FduP, VM, Danie Roussouw and Bakkies yesterday? Even Bismark and Chillyboy would have made a great difference yesterday. I know we have a wealth of talent in SA and one must overcome missing players but 2 of the names i just mentioned would have been enough for us to take the game yesterday.

  Morne can also do with a 6 week holiday, since his marriage the poor guy declined(woord swakker gesoek) so much that he is currently the most hated rugby player in SA. From HERO to ZERO. I would certainly drop him , for his own health and whatever.

  Two-week ban for Greyling

  Cape Town – SANZAR Duty Judicial Officer Paul Tully has accepted a guilty plea from Springbok prop Dean Greyling for contravening Law 10.4 (a) – punching or striking – after he was cited following the Rugby Championship clash between New Zealand and South Africa in Dunedin on Saturday.

  Greyling has been suspended from all forms of the game for two weeks up to and including September 30.

  The incident occurred in the 64th minute of the match, which the All Blacks won 21-11.

  In his finding Tully ruled that Greyling, whilst in the process of cleaning out at a ruck, recklessly used his forearm in such a manner that he made contact in a dangerous way with the head of New Zealand skipper Richie McCaw.

  Although there was no injury complaint, Tully felt the action had the potential to cause serious injury. Greyling was issued with a yellow card and subsequently cited and pleaded guilty to a breach of the law.
