Another Pumas penalty, right in front
Pumas 19 / 6 Wallabies
@ The_Young_Turk:
Meyer is nie n mamparra nie ons moet egter onthou dat die n bou prosess is,ek persoonlik verwag nie veel van die jaar nie
Wobblies gonna have to dig deep now. Does this team have the character and quality to come from behind? Will the Pumas be able to hang on in the last 10? Gonna be interseting and now Pumas are 13 points ahead! Not an insurmountable lead yet.
Even if Ostrich keeps Morne in the team, there is no way the Boks will lose to this team in SA.
Sharpe down…. looks serious enough
125 @ Just For Kicks:
Ideal time to let Goosen start against a wayward Wallabies side.
Try McCabe
Very good try to the Wobblies
@ smallies:
I am sure he is no fool. In fact that may be the problem. Because he is so knowledgable he may be too convinced of the rightness of his approach and unable to see his shortcomings. Sometimes a bit of humility can be a good thing…
Pumas 19 / 13 Wallabies
Penalty Wallabies deep in their own half
127 @ grootblousmile:…..or to play Steyn back into form………
18 Minutes to go… the lead only 6
@ Just For Kicks:
Famous last words? I remember a similar sentiment being expressed before the first clash 😉
If the Argies can only get another penalty or two to stretch their lead, that might just put this match beyond the Wobblies.
Pumas scrum penalty…. Ok kick to touch
Phipps kicks dirctly out… what a tosser
130 @ The_Young_Turk:I think you’re absolutely right. It is a point of humility. Hence my earlier post. He has stated publicly that he can ‘coach’ Steyn back into form. Can he now man up, swallow his pride, and back down on it. It would take a big man to do it, and my estimation of the man would increase exponentially.
Wallabies penalty…
Try Ioane
Phipps makes amends and sets up a fine try for the Wallabies
Wallabies 20 / 19 Pumas
@123 @ smallies:
I don’t understand what there is to build. You pick the inform players and drop the non- performing players. Simple! You build with young promising players. You can’t build with experienced ordinary players. That’s why it’s called “building”! The new players in the Bok team have mainly done well, for example EE, Coetzee and Kruger. It’s the old heads like Morne that have been disappointing.
Pumas penalty on halfway
Pumas on attack, don’t throw this away again.
Wallabies defensive penalty… eish
Looks like the Wobblies have pulled this match out of the fire now. I will never write off a Wallaby side. Ozzies are great sportspeople. You have to beat them, they don’t just lie down and roll over.
6 Minutes remain… it is a 1-point game
Hail Roncero! The toughest ole toppie in rugby!
