The Cat sinks the putt. 10/6 WP
Very good try Staat. Pretorius in, but TMO
Brilliant try, Vrystaat!!
Should be fine thou. Some great running rugby. Guess what, kicking stops, and points are scored. Lessons to be learned here.
13/10 Cheetahs
Good game so far, WP have met their match this week, thats for sure
Good kick by Sias, Gio not at home, and touch inside WP 22
WP driving maul a site to behold
Free State get a penalty on the half way line. Scheepers steps up
Fourie comes off injured
Looks like its only the two of us here, JFK?
Kick slotted 16/10 Free State
WP being guilty of kicking away too much possession this week. They will never match Scheepers boot, so they need to change that strategy. They lose 20m every time they do kick
As I say that WP hold on to the ball, go through 8/9 phases and end up with a penelty to them for their efforts right in front
Over. 16/13 Staat
Cheetahs hash a very good overlap
41 @ fender:Yup, we didn’t crack the nod to GBS’ cake ceremony, obviously!!!
Cheetahs turn to get a penalty, again kickable. Scheepers steps up
Scheepers has definitely brought his kicking boots on tonight. 19/13 Cheetahs
Can’t see the match as all the online sites have something screwed up. They have the Bools match confused with this one and there is NFL rugga on instead.
Now it’s the WP turn to hash a pass whilst on attack
@ Gobble_BokJan:Some nice rugby, shame you cant see it, as Fender says, both sides playing Cheetah brand rugby.
WP fallen into the Bok trap of kicking way too much.
Of course, as I say that v d Heever fluffs a dumb kick, but the half time whistle saves any further embarrassment
19/13 Cheetahs. Lemoentyd
53 @ fender:A great shame, because every time they have kept the ball in hand, they’ve made some good yardage. Trying to out kick Scheepers just isn’t going to work. I hope AC mentions this over some orange segments.
Brussouw has looked very good iso far. Scheepers boot on form, Rhule as good as he has been every week, and Strauss has looked the part. Pretorius continues to impress. For WP. Gio, Scarra, JP du Plessis have impressed, Groom has been good at the base, and De Allende is having a good game. The WP props have had a shocker, and other than that nothing to write home about. Yet.
Hellooooooooooooo,
Klaar koek geeet!
57 @ Just For Kicks:
Want me to take back over, or not?
WP or Cheetahs could be the chart toppers tonight. WP just need a win, and the Cheetahs need to win with a bonus point to take sole lead. As I said earlier, a very tight CC. Makes it a very exciting competition.
