There’s a great gardening show focussing on snails on Fox 8. More fucking brains than our Wallabies atm. #nobrains

Bledislow Cup is a big one, hey!

  • 155

154 @ grootblouBokJan:Not really, just shows how small these All Blacks really are! We should easily take them!

  • 157

Now honestly, I have not seen the Wallabies this bad…. in my life!

  • 158

157 @ grootblouBokJan:I agree, terribly sad. Is it too much rugby being played, poor coaching, or injuries?

  • 159

    158 @ Just For Kicks:
    Combo of all, I suppose…

… but we already saw in Super Rugby that the Australian sides were not as good as previous years.

  • 160

Anyone keeping up to date with the Lance Armstrong story. So sad. Even sadder if you have been taking the drugs, but if not, how long can you go on being dragged though the mud with your family before you too just give in. If USADA are right then they should have banned him years ago as they do with other drug users. As they have never really had the absolute proof in the form of drug tests, they have had to continue on this witch hunt campaign, that would eventually kill off anyone.

Have not followed it at all… cycling is not my cup of tea.

Sorry, not very attentive here, busy configuring my TV Card…

    Your side won… congrats!

Give us your impression of the game.

To me, this game was a bit lack-lustre…. All Blacks did enough to win, but they are not finishing all that well either.

Wallabies were just shocking, they maybe threatened the All Blacks line ONCE, if at all, in the whole game.

    @ grootblouBokJan:
Honestly i thought the game was a mess….once again.
I want to think that the Ozzies were disrupting and ilegally but i think we are still trying to do too much straight away.
Our patience seem to be a factor as well. We need to set up better take our time. Rushing is causing us.
Ozzies are in trouble and didnt even really looking like they wanted to play the game.
Wonder if this will be Deans last RC?

  • 167

No score at all in the last 30 minutes, neither in the first 25 minutes….

  • 168

    166 @ Just For Kicks:
    Yip, bloody well too…

Went over to the 64-Bit version of Windows 7 Ultimate on my main PC and the Old TV Card does not have drivers for 64-Bit at all… not on the web either, so I had to use a new one.

Not expensive either, TV Card costs me about R 180.00 a pop… have a few in stock.

  • 169

@ Hurricane:Agree. All facets of the NZ play are there, as well as the ability and natural rugby flare. I just think they were/are trying to push it too hard. Almost as if they were hell bent on getting a 100 points ahead of the Wobblies, rather than securing the game first. This has to be the most talented and balanced AB side I have seen in my life time, but they are just not quite firing yet. I too blame it on too much rugby, and a kind of tiredness and lethargy that is just blunting their play a bit

@ grootblouBokJan:If I was a techno-bitch, I am sure I would be feeling rather horny right now, but alas, a t.v. bigscreen and a decoder does it for me, I am afraid!!!

  • 171

    @ Just For Kicks:
True. So many games for these guys.
But yeah it seems the ABs want to score a try of every bit of ball they have and push it that one pass too many.
Well we will see very soon on how the ABs play against a Bok team that will keep the Abs in there own half alot of the game.

  • 172

@ grootblouBokJan:You need to get me accreditation to English/Scottish rugby. We are moving to Scotland in a couple of months to pursue a business opportunity. I will be here from Jan to March for the harvest, and will be able to cover any games down here in that time, but otherwise, I will be sharing a beer with Bulscot!!!

  • 173

    @ grootblouBokJan:
Yeah, there is still that problem with 64 bit. Some hardware just does not like it or lack of drivers.
But at least you can now have 16 GB of ram on tap……. oh yeah.

  • 174

    172 @ Just For Kicks:
    O flok!

    Where in Scotland?
    What type of Business opportunity?

  • 175

So does anyone think Robbie Deans will survive?, and do you think its his fault? I reckon, maybe 50-50, he simply doesnt have the players, there are few Aussies I would rate, Genia being one and Higenbottom another.
Some people say its all in the coaching, citing Jake White and the Brumbies who dont have big name players, but did the Brumbies do that well? Sure, much better than expected, but they never threatened to win the Super 15

  • 176

    173 @ Hurricane:
Yip, I have a Gigabyte Socket 1155 Motherboard with a very nice Core i7 CPU, 4 x 4Gb of Ram (16 Gb) and the whole hog…

174 @ grootblouBokJan:South West, looking to start a wine import company and agency, representing a number of wines from this area. Really need a bit of a change for sanity reasons, and a new challenge. Once I stopped supporting the Stormers, there really was no point in staying. Not really, hehe, the wineries seem to be having such a problem selling over there, it just seems too good an opportunity to miss.

  • 178

    177 @ Just For Kicks:
Wow, what is Beanie’s take on all this?

  • 179

175 @ Baaiekatte-Jan:I think, the same as I do for Allister Coetzee, nothing wrong with the Coach, necessarily, but sometimes fresh blood and new/different idea’s are just needed when a team stagnates, or as in this case seems to take a step backwards.

  • 180

178 @ grootblouBokJan:She’s driving it! she really wants to go back, spend some time there, and enjoy family and friends for a bit. Her parents (as are mine) are not getting any younger, and I guess she would like to spend some more time with them. I have no problem, I like the idea of a new challenge, I will still come back to make wine in the season, but I need more. I have found, in the last couple of years, I have been stagnating, and need something else to vent my energy on. rugby-talk alone isn’t enough! Unless you can offer me a bigger job, hahaha!!!!
