300 Big Skille up…. can we make it 400?
Another Chiefs penalty, this one on the Sharks 5m line
286 @ fender:
Thanks fender.
SANZAR will have to bring in the weeks rest after the semi before the final. There will always be a team to travel for the final, always. Also if a team that ends 6th and 5th make it they will probably have to do the same travel as the Sharks. They need to think of changing the format or at least have a weeks break before the semi. Otherwise we will never ever see a fair contest in a SuperRugby final again. Should always be played on a level playing field. Sharks have done far better than I thought and this last travel was always going to kill them off. Pity. I am still proud of my boys.
Chiefs 30 / 6 Sharks
Chiefs nearly in for another try….
Durban Bulle sticking the knife into Turky now but not to end his suffering, just to prolong the poor, miserable bird’s torture.
So many Sharks players in the Springbok team. Plumtree probably going to ask John Mitchell and Carlos Spencer to come play Currie Cup
Chiefs not slowing ANYTHING down… they know the Sharks are well knackered by now
@ Just For Kicks:
Agreed.
Great team the Chiefs, they played consistently well throughout the competition. Their #1 is my man of the series.
Chiefs will be the 6th Super Rugby team to win the comp
Chiefs have that typical kiwi mentality of killer instinct. When they are up they just continue sticking the knife in.
Missed tackles (inside OWN 22) Chiefs=6(2), Sharks=28(7)
309 @ Pietman:
Arizona (Sona) Taumalolo… he’s been marvelous!
Kiwi’s are already celebrating, all over “The Land of The Long White Cloud”
Yip, agree with those that say it’s not just the travelling that beat the Sharks. No, this Chiefs team is bloody awesome. They are worthwhile heirs to the Crusaders.
Try Sonny Bitch Williams
You guys know if the Cheetah vs Cardiff game will be shown on tv?
Chiefs 37 / 6 Sharks
SBW just rubs it in further.
@ grootblousmile:
Amper score hy….maar dis SB se drie!
Sy laaste, oppad Japan toe.Ek wonder of hy vir die AB’s gaan speel vanjaar?
Jeez another try, like rubbing salt in the wounds. Feel for my boys out there.
Just come home we still give you a hero welcome. Then just go and sleep for a week, have a good rest, the RC is coming up and MORE travelling come up again. The rugby season is way too long now.
Comprehensive win… very comprehensive.
Sorry Tjarkies… commiserations, your team did well
Chiefs making amends for the thrashing they got in the final on Loftus some years ago.
Congrats to the Chiefs, they deserve this one. To the Sharks, well done you still went further than any other SA team this year.
Time is up…
Hey, stop daai ou met die byl… hehehe
Hacked out… game over
@ Puma:
Well done Puma and the boys, you did well my man .
Congrats to the Chiefs! Worthy Champs. Commisserations to the Sharks, you did us proud, but it was just a bridge too far. Durban Bulle congrats too.
