    Penalty Lions… shot at goal

I’ll be the sole WP supporter here as JFK has gone over to the dark side. He has totally bought into the prevailing view on this site.

    @ The_Young_Turk:
Don’t worry, I’ve been the sole Lionheart for a long time, with Lion4eva occasionally helping with the touchfinders!

Besides, all WP supporters AS WELL AS THEIR MANAGEMENT (JUDAS’) are from the dark side!

  • 36

We seem to be seeing less and less spectators at these matches, that crowd is abysmal

  • 37

    @ grootblouBokJan:
Shame on you for corrupting an innocent, naive, young virgin!

  • 38

Cafe owners son for a long range penalty!

  • 39

    36 @ Just For Kicks:
Should’nt be many at Loftus either… with the Test straight afterwards

  • 40

Lyk of die Leeus spelers op staking is ?

  • 41

    @ Just For Kicks:
Main stand is just about full though, but you won’t see it on TV.

    37 @ The_Young_Turk:
    I plead innocence… blame Toetie

  • 43

As Butch introduces himself to young Mr Arendse! Hehehe

  • 44

    0/21 BB 3 Cheetahs 13 na 35 minute.

  • 45

Massive Lions scrum penalty… that is one aspect where they have improved in leaps and bounds

  • 46

Poor, poor Leeutjies! All their problems caused by that untrustworthy traitorous Kaapies. Stabbed in the back and chucked to the wolves. Oh woe is us!

  • 47

@ The_Young_Turk:I am afraid I am with Scrumdown on this one, for the WPRU to have voted against the Lions, against their word, and just to fulfil some internal hope of generating votes later in the year in their elections is wrong, and I have thus withdrawn my support for them.

  • 48

41 @ Scrumdown:good, but I do feel it is not just a Lions problem, but just too much rugby

  • 49

46 @ The_Young_Turk:Wasn’t caused by the Kaapies, and the vote the other way would have had no influence on the result. It was the principle

Stadions leeg met CB rugby, amper so leeg soos Vodacom beker wedstryde.

Varsity Cup trek baie meer skares en belangstelling, is nou die belangrikste beker om te wen in die land.

Wonder wie het die Varsity Cup gewen hierdie jaar ?

  • 51

Nice steal from Duanne but it should have been a penalty against the Lions for not letting go,

    Oh and evening gents.

  • 53

    Tryyyyyyyyyyyy Josh Strauss!

  • 54

    48 @ Just For Kicks:
Yep. Rugby has a lot to learn about “less is more”.

    Try Strauss.

  • 55

Great Try from Strauss. Against your next employer nogal.

We’ll still take you back though, no worries. 🙂

  • 58

Fish & Chips “overcooks” the restart.

Pretoria – The flu epidemic that hit the Vodacom Blue Bulls has mainly cleared up, but the team lost two reserves before Saturday’s match against the Sharks at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria.

Kirsten is replaced by Rossouw de Klerk, while Serfontein will be replaced by Ulrich Beyers on the bench. Beyers was in the starting line-up last week but was dropped with Johann Sadie coming back into the side.

    @ Just For Kicks:
Once one makes a decision it’s only human to find justification. I support Province because I was born there, no other reason. They have been playing shyte rugby these last few seasons, but no matter what the administrators do, I still support the team. I will also support any other team whose style of play catches my fancy or makes SA proud.
