    Howzit bro,

When they gonna announce the Bok Squad for the way tour to Oz and Nz?

Now if Lambie is in that squad hope he can still play CC on Saturday also if Burden is kept on in the squad hope he can play this Saturday too. Though think Chili might be back for the away tour. Now sure though.

Whistling Damn baie ouens ingelog, maar die vokkers praat nie

  • 42

36 @ grootblouBokJan:No, not taking that, so you’ll still be able to get hold of it. I plan to try and make some in Scotland – that’ll be a laugh!!!

  • 43

    @ PumaSpringbokJan:

Nor sure Bro, A part of me wished they drop the likes of Lambie and Burden, they just bening bag carriers and losing form like that

    39 @ Just For Kicks:
Oh man that is brilliant. Which part? I go there so often, love the place. Also thinking of spending about 3 or 4 months over there next year. Will never move from where I live here, just want to spend more time over there.

  • 46

@ PumaSpringbokJan:Announcement should be anytime now.

  • 47

44 @ PumaSpringbokJan:Very close to Stranraer, village called Glenluce. About an hour South West of Glasgow on the South West coast – main ferry port to Ireland. You must come and visit when you come over. Where will you be staying?

  • 48

Amla on 51 now… so halfton for him too

  • 49

    43 @ MaakieSharksAlmalBokkeseJan:
I feel the same. Damn shame to use them like that. Especially Lambie that really is being used terrible. Why have a creative player like that on the bench for two full 80min and not even see 10min of game time is such a complete waste.

Had a laugh with some of my mates here today. They (joking) said Meyer could just be hiding Lambie away from the Abs so they don’t get to see him until we play them in Dunedin and he then comes out with a surprise with him at flyhalf…………hahaha. Damn wish it was man, feel for the youngster. Like a bloody slap in the face just sitting there.

  • 50

    Eishhh Duminy run out….

  • 51

Silly wicket, Duminy run out for 14

  • 52

    @ PumaSpringbokJan:

What i would love to know is this.

I understand Lambie did not play well in the Final, and has not played since, but for most of the year he was injured and when he did play for the most he was at fullback.

Now around the blogs we are seeing so many people writing him off as not good enough, and he is slow and useless and not as good a flyhalf as Jantjes etc.

When actually the last time Lambie played 10 and against jantjes, he outplayed him lol,

So what is he being measured up against???

  • 53

Chilliboy is out for another 6 weeks.

    47 @ Just For Kicks:
I normally stay in various places there. Have mates all over.

Mostly down near the Border and also near Largs. Spend a lot of time there. Have a few mates in Glasgow too but we just meet up don’t stay over there.

Last year rented a place on Loch Lomond and it was brilliant, a bit expensive but was awesome, instead of just staying with friends over there. Come and go as we pleased. So might do that again.

    52 @ MaakieSharksAlmalBokkeseJan:
Against current form…. as you rightly said, he was kak in the Super Rugby Final….

  • 57

    @ grootblouBokJan:

Yes he had a poor final as did the whole team, he also had just come back from injury, and lets not forget the whole team suffered from all that travel,

My question still remains and after what you just said increases to, why is he being compared to other flyhalves if he has been playing FB and also, M Steyn and Goosen were both KAK last weekend, why are they not KAK??

I mean Lambie surely should go through the same criteria as the other players???

  • 58

    52 @ MaakieSharksAlmalBokkeseJan:
I think they all have short memories. I rate him better than Fred at flyhalf. Remember he did play flyhalf for us at the start of this season. Fred played scrummie. Fred only went to fh when Pat went out injured. I remember reading just before the end of the Super Rugby a article by Tony Johnson and he said it there as well that Pat was better than Fred. Anyhow he thought so too. I do too. Just a pity when he came back from injury Plum played him at FB when we played against Stormers at the Tank. Well he did play fh before that and got flu when we played Cheetahs in Bloem then when he was over that he played FB and Fred fh. Until Lambie injured himself during that England game.

Now we have to remember the Boks best performance both times was with Lambie there NOT Zane. The 2nd half of the 1st test and the 1st half of the 2nd test. There he played FB. I rate him as a FH. So if he plays CC this weekend hope Plum plays him where we need him and that is FH. He needs game time too. Ag, it makes me angry that Meyer never even gave him 15min in each game. That was a damn slap in the face. We should be using the whole of the 22 squad. Lambie will prove them all wrong. He is class and you can’t take it away. For now he will need game time to get there again though.

  • 59

SO if as you say bhoet you look at the persons last match?? then surely only Jantjies should be ba available for the Boks as the others all played KAK 😆

  • 60

Oh dear not looking good, keeping wickets in hand is ok but still batting too slowly, if they bat really well then 260/270ish is on but will they be a big enough total to defend?
