Home at last. Howzit Turky. Are you lying SECOND on the log? Are you ABOVE GBS? Has he fallen WELL DOWN the list? Are you de MAN?
55@ The_Young_Turk:
Think we can only judge Meyer after this RC not before, that would be unfair. He has only had one week to work with his Bok Team.
Hello all, this looks like one way traffic here, wonder what is the biggest margin of victory at the Junior World Cup?
75@ grootblousmile:
Howzit GBS, managed to get the article up had done and another with the teams for tomorrow’s game in Aus. If I disappear quickly from here its cos my wee one is calling…
England 22/5 Italy. 37 minutes

@ Bullscot:Howzit, bud, hows sunny Scotland?
76@@ Just For Kicks:
Congrats, see you kicking ass on the JWC leaderboard
@ Puma:
Yip, I think he should be judged on his results too but he brought a lot of this on himself by his contradictory statements.
82@ Just For Kicks:
Hello JFK good here thanks and how about on your side of the world? Its sunny alright today, in between the showers and its cold 🙁
Few quick tit-bits
Heyneke Meyer explained Brussow’s omission as follows.
He says that the game, as it is blown now and with current interpretations of the Laws, makes it necessary for hookers like Bismarck and props like Coenie Oosthuizen to turn ball over… and generally for all team players to be “fetchers” at times, therefore and for the big England pack he needs bigger ball-carrying runners who cross the advantage line at openside.
In other words he’s gone for bulk… and therefore we could very well see Marcell Coetzee on at openside for the Bokke.
Regarding only 3 Stormers players he singled out 4 Stormers not in the squad and indicated they would have been in the squad if available… Shalla, Duane Vermeulen (he was specific about him), Bekker, and Steven Kitshoff who is with the Baby Bokke. So please Stormers, don’t feel aggrieved… it was forced on Heyneke. Gio Aplon and Juan de Jongh were unlucky according to Meyer… and I gleem from that that Meyer will use Frans Steyn at inside centre, Jean de Villiers at outside centre, JP Pietersen at right wing and Habana at left wing.
Regarding Fourie du Preez exclusion Heyneke said it was a hard decision to make and he’s had to make that call… and that according to Fourie du Preez himself he was worried that his Japan play was not enough.
Regarding JJ Engelbrecght he said he sees potential for the future at No 13 for him, ONCE HEYNEKE has worked on JJ’s shortcomings and defence there. So see JJ as one for the future which Heyneke rates, but expect JJ not to be in the match 22.. no harm done.
OK enough now.. we can talk more about this later.
2nd Half is on already
@ grootblousmile:
Ok, will leave you in peace for a little bit….a little bit only though!
NZ knock right near the Samoa line…
