Morning Super and Gbs.
GO THE REDS.. 🙂
Gooo Reds! Eishhh
Deon Fourie of the Stormers and Ashley Johnson of the Cheetahs have been issued with off-field yellow cards for contravening Law 10.4 (m) Acts Contrary to Good Sportsmanship during a Super Rugby match at the weekend.
Both players were involved in a scuffle where they began throwing punches at each other. These actions caused a number of players to become involved in several scuffles that broke out following the initial scuffle. The incident occurred in the 55th minute of the match between the Stormers and Cheetahs played at DHL Newlands Stadium in Cape Town on 12th May.
An Off-Field Yellow Card may be issued by the SANZAR Citing Commissioner for foul play incidents that are very close to, but in his opinion do not meet the Red Card threshold for Citings.
In this case the incident was acted on by the referee for the match: Steve Walsh who penalised and issued a Yellow and White Card for a prior incident of Foul Play to Stormers player Rynhardt Elstadt. Referee Walsh then issued a White Card for all of the events that followed on from this.
On further review of the match footage the Citing Commissioner deemed an Off-Field Yellow Card was appropriate for Fourie and Johnson.

Morning Oompie!
Interesting game this one… last year’s champs vs this year’s Log leaders
Top of the morning all. Happy Mothers day to all who require it – especially the MOTHERS who robbed Bos Otter and us last week – may all your herpes filled dreams come true, and you spend the rest of eternity having your testicles slowly burn’t by cigarette butts, screaming in pain whilst starving rats gnaw at your facial features.
Tryyyyyyyyy Dom Shipperley for the Reds!
Yeehaaa, goooooo Reds. Lets have a load more of those please

Morning fella!
Reds 5 / 0 Chiefs
@ superBul:So just a slap on the wrists then. What is the point of an off field yellow, hardly any punishment, except for a slight blot on your record. Ignored completely by most players
Reds almost away again
My Bru pick for this one is Chiefs by 11… so the Reds have an excellent chance… hahaha
Free Kick Reds, off a scrum
I hope djvanman doesn’t get cold feet, he has put up a couple of controversial threads, just what we need round here to get some debate going.
Chiefs steal a Reds scrum ball
Penalty Reds… a relieving one
Reds certainly not standing back here, Chiefs looking decidedly off sides in the back line
10@ grootblousmile:
Sure is. Reds off to a good start here.
24 @ Puma:
We’ve had 2 great upsets this weekend, all involving NZ sides…. can this be a third…
Chiefs scrum penalty…. shot at goal
@ Just For Kicks:
Not sure how it works , but i heard something about 3 off field yellows will give you automatic suspension, was it just a suggestion or is it part of the laws?
Reds 5 / 3 Chiefs
Quite a decent crowd, it seems
Chiefs forwards strong
