Harlequins captain Chris Robshaw was the proud man who was able to hoist the Aviva Premiership trophy following Harlequins victory over Leicester in the final not long completed at Twickenham. England captain Robshaw played a big part in the win and was good value for the super try he scored.
In an absorbing final there were two tries from Harlequins and two from Leicester while both kickers also contributed to the scoreboard with Evans scoring twenty points for Harlequins and Ford thirteen points for Leicester. It was close at times but in the end the final score was Harlequins 30 – 23 Leicester. This give Harlequins their first Premiership cup.
