92 @ Tripples:
Wel hopelik was dit my laaste matriek ook die keer!
BonzaiGBS is heel rustig, ek is meer opgewonde oor sy uitslae as hy… flok!
ok bye for now!!!! net gou kom hallo se
84@ grootblousmile:No problem, I’ll get the paper tomorrow, and tell you when I’ve got it
Wicketttttttttt!
Philander strikes!
Samaraweera gone for 11
Sri Lanka 184 / 4
95 @ Just For Kicks:
Thanks buddy, much appreciated!
hello gbs and TRIPS!!
..
wicket philander … jeez, why o why not apply pressure from both sides? (steyn/philander earlier?)
OK…. get Jayawardene now!
Dale Steyn stikes… and Jayawardene goes for 30
Heeeeeeeee haaaaaaaaaaa
Sri Lanka 189 / 5
Morning All
You are watching cricket and we are in the teeth of gale force winds and rain, real January weather here on ‘Mud Island’!!
Know where I would rather be.
Can’t stop to chat right now, hopefully later…
Have a good day all.
101 @ Blue Bird:
It is scolding hot here in Gauteng, SA!
The wet weather of December seems to have abated a bit.
Ahhhh, Dale Steyn strikes again… Mathews gone for 1.
Sri Lanka 194 / 6.
I am missing all the fun, GBS, in answer to the rest of your comment, we haven’t started picking yet, with this very strange season we’ve had, it looks like we’ll be a couple of weeks behind. I won’t start any serious cellar work till Monday, so it means we have a bit of time to get on with the normal farm repairs and maintenance which we always never seem to find time for! The problem is when you unearth your first thing, there always seem to be another 10 problems underneath. Most os the agric businesses are only opening on the 9th again, so that isn’t helping. All in all, though we’re getting back not the swing of things again, all staff finally all accounted for, babelases a thing of the past, and retraining almost complete!
@ grootblousmile:I see the poor driving skills still abound in your neck of the woods – Fudge Mabeta being the latest motor vehicle accident statistic, out for up to 6 months?
Heeeeeeee haaaaaa
BonzaiGBS made it, one destinction for Maths PLUS 6 other good results PLUS University Exemption!
Lekker, lekker!
105 @ Just For Kicks:
Yip, I put an Article up with that news.
Morkels bowling statistics – economy 5.69 showing that he really hasn’t come back into form. He seems to have got a hold on his overstepping problems, but is just too wayward.
106@ grootblousmile:CONGRATULATIONS BonzaiGBS
Yay, back for lunch, and get to see a wicket. Well bowled Tahir, set the batsman up there, a good ‘un!
And another wicket tumbles!
Perera gone!
Sri Lanka 219 / 7, 361 runs behind at lunch on Day 3.
109 @ Just For Kicks:
Thanks man… I’m a relieved dad, and a proud one too!
Just imagine if he’s actually studied hard…. hehehe
SA well into the Sri Lanka tail now… MUST get Chandimal soon, he’s still somewhat of a good batsman.
112@ grootblousmile:Ag, you know there’s a fine line between study and play, and as long as he’s done enough to give him a chance to set up his future, that all that matters in my book. But time for a Beeeg party, I would say!
By the way, GBS, don’t forget to take the lights down tomorrow – it’s bad luck to leave them up after that!
114 @ Just For Kicks:
Yip, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy….
… Seems my son has my philosophy of life…. we can work hard and play hard…. harder, hardest!
Hehehe
115 @ Just For Kicks:
Will remember for sure!
OK, here’s hoping for the next 3 wickets to fall in this Session…. then enforce the follow-on!
Cape Town weather looking epic from the TV coverage….
Philander strikesssssssssss!
Herath LBW for 1
Herath asks for the review..
Looks plum out to me!
