Match notes |

31 needed off 36 balls (6 overs)
Can Parnell do smething?
1st one a dot ball…
Another dot ball…
… but I feel wickets are needed…
@ Just For Kicks:
You are turning out to be a very useful addition to ‘our team’!! (Smiley)
Some great commentary going on……Do you think that GBS ‘got’ the Jonners/Aggers clip btw?? lol
Sri Lanka needs 27 from 30 balls (5 overs)
94 @ Blue Bird:
Saw the comment about the Jonners / Aggers thing, but have not had time to look.
Flok, Morne Morkel drops a catch…. donner, donner!
@ grootblousmile:
Hey Rudi, I have some great ideas for your new business venture, however I am reluctant to share them here on the http://WWW….!!! 🙂
Sri Lanka need 22 to win off 26 balls….
The odds favour them big time!
Helter skelter cricket!
97 @ Blue Bird:
Oh… pity… hahaha
PS! No illegal stuff, hey!
Sometimes you need some luck – 2 run out chances, 1 overstepping, 2 drops and 2 balls dropping short…..how different this could have been
Sri Lanka nees 14 from 3 overs (18 balls).
The fat lady is getting up…
94@ Blue Bird:Thanks. He needs to get his head out of that damn coffin first!
9 needed from 16 balls… it’s all over bar the shouting
5 needed from 15… easy peasy
102 @ Just For Kicks:
It’s not MY head I want in a coffin… hehehe
4 Needed of 13 balls…
3 to tie, almost impossible for Sri Lanka to lose this.
2 Overs left… 4 runs needed.
How they will rue that batting performance. On a flat, slow surface, that slow down was inexcusable. They let the SL slow bowlers get the upper hand, after having carted them around earlier on. Young team, they will learn from this.
Oh well… the Series will be 3 / 1 after this.
Perera finishes with a massive straight 6!
Sri Lanka win.
HUUUUGE 6 to finish, well done SL, well deserved.
That last 6 went out of the ground… far out!
Sri Lanka win by 5 wickets, with 8 balls to spare.
105@ grootblousmile:Got given a jigsaw for Xmas, if you need a coffin builder, I’m available!
114 @ Just For Kicks:
Hehehe
I’m a very conservative businessman, so I will be careful how I go about things and which businesses I get involved with.
So, you’re an aspiring carpenter… who gave you the jigsaw… I sense that it was a subtle hint….
AB is a simple minded fellow, so keeping his batting simple isn’t hard to do!!!
116 @ Just For Kicks:
AB’s not bad… goo old Affies boy from Pretoria!
If you’re lokking for simple-minded, look no further than Biffie!
Perera gets man of the match.
2 wickets for 34 runs when bowling and 69 runs off 44 balls when batting.
115@ grootblousmile: The wife gave me the jigsaw, bed was falling apart – threatened to divorce me if it wasn’t fixed. Looks like a coffin now, thats where I got the idea!
117@ grootblousmile:Have to disagree there, definitely one candle short of a birthday cake. Nice guy though. Smith has an IQ, unfortunately, and it has tuned him into a doos. AB will always be a nice guy.
