One wonders how SARU are going to justify the inclusion of the Kings, given that they were comprehensively beaten in the Currie Cup 1st Division last year. How can a team that can’t even win a second tier provincial tournament be promoted, two levels? I suppose the Peter Principle  (When one get’s promoted beyond your capabilities) applies.

Even the much publicised “transformation” angle has proven to be false. They have imported has been, and some never been’s to bolster their ranks, and they are still a few “smarties” short of a full box!
