SuperBul will be your captain for this one, I have a Wine-tasting function to attend in Pretoria as well as a 60th birthday bash in Johannseburg.
Go Baa-Baas!
I am here with tears in my eyes, Busy watching the JOOST VAN DER WESTHUISEN TRIBUTE ON SS1
Bliksem this heartbreaking.
Joost’s favorite captain is Gary Teichman. Now watching him and John Allan in a interview with Joost, although i never really liked Gary this interview is busy changing my mind , he was bloody great.
Gregan will now join in the discussion. Did he talked the most???
Well i think he was a commentating scrummie
Justin Marshall another big talker now joins the conversation.
Who shouted the most?
according to Justin, it is George, he was given the captaincy because he could talk the most.
For those not interested in the Bulls, i feel this game, Victors last < will be a good , goodbye VICTOR. I am busy with his book and he was by far the biggest gentleman in SA and Bulls rugby.
2@ superBul:I hear you, friend, it is truly sad to see such a greta sportsman so ill. But he has some wonderful companions there, adding, I am sure to a great benefit dinner
Justin Marshall on targeting Joost, now Im in tears – of laughter
Joost, a true Legend
@ Just For Kicks:
I love programs like this one, our real legends deserve it, he gave me more joy than you because he wore the light blue jersey too, but in all honesty he was a brilliant rugby servant to the teams he played for. RESPECT.
@ Just For Kicks:
sometimes everyone in life wish he had a second chance to re-do things. So much less mistakes will be made, Joost was as a player my favorite and what he did outside the game was his own business. Get well Joost beat this , and be the first to do it.
10@ superBul:I forgave him wearing the light blue jersey, it was just because he was colour blind!
@ Just For Kicks:
Hahaha , at least he was doing his Bok duties great, respect earned.
Changing the subject slightly, are we about to watch the last match of the greatest Springbok ever to have played the game?
I hope the Baabaa’s take this one
@ Just For Kicks:
I rate Matfield highly but somehow i am reluctant to call him the best ever. Reading his book makes me a bit more worried, he was not the most liked, and a little bit of a rebel. But being our best in 2 consecutive WC’s makes him one of the top 3 ever in my eyes.
I think 4man is in the crowd today, wonder how many of our old Rugby -Talk mates are there with him.
Anthems done and dusted, let the games begin
Game on, lets see the last international rugby of this season.
Go Vic and Baabaas.
First blood Australia
First blood Aus, 3-0 , penalty O’Conner
I think it was a great idea inviting Tomkins to play
Baabaas trying to run, great
Baabaa’s need a bit of time to gel, a bit at 6’s and 7’s at the moment
Some end to end stuff, and a good break by Matfield
Matfield straight trough, then knocks
Baabaas handling a bit erratic, great chances killed dead
Absolutely slaughtered it, but a lucky yellow
Yellow card to AAC, deliberate knock down, saved a try.
Baabaa’s back, 3 all
