503 @ grootblousmile: Not very sure either.
281 / 6
They need just 29
Reën bliksem, reën!
Hehehe
It would be great if Steyn could take 2 wickets here in succession…lol. Aussies would crumble I reckon..lol
Not gonna happen though.
23 Needed by Aussie to win
Wickettttttttttt
Philander strikes!
Told you!
Kom, nog een, seblief!
Hell, I get annoyed with our lot in situations like this. The Australians clearly have a much weakened team from the team of yore, yet we do not take control of the situation. For some reason when the going gets a bit tough, we seem to withdraw into our shells. I’ve heard no sledging from our lot, we haven’t tried to wind them up or rough them up as Johnson did to us, we just seem to fade away. Someone needs to grab these guys by the neck and give them a good shake, and install in them the fear of failure, because at the moment it just seems that ‘failure’ is a word rated higher than ‘win’. As I say all this, Philander pulls one out of the bag, good on him
philanderrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
516@ grootblousmile: Bloody brilliant. Well done Philander.
Why they never brought him on earlier is just stupid.
We may do it. Take another wicket and boom they under pressure.
GO SOUTH AFRICA.. 🙂
Philander is on fire…
Wicket Maiden from Philander
jfk @ 518
my sentiments exactly … think brad lee yesterday when that old ball was swinging while we batted … jeez!!
Philander will be man of the series for sure. He has been outstanding.
22 needed, Siddle on strike…
I think that Philander should get MOTS. Regarding my comments above, you can clearly see that Philander hasn’t been with the team for long, He DOES have the ‘fear of failure’ and has played aggressively all match, and boy, has it shown.

Only 18 required
Wicketttttttttt
Steyn strikes, Siddle gone!
518@ Just For Kicks: We never really been one for sledging, but it is time we do. Some do, but not many, but why when we struggling to take a wicket? We should be sledging like mad out there.
At last, some light and the end of the tunnel?
Getting bloody close now!
2 Wickets needed, 18 runs to prevent
Cummins in…
528@ grootblousmile:HEEEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAA WE MAY DO IT…….. 🙂
3 runs…. 15 needed.
Cummins keeps the strike to Philander
523@ Ashley:Do you mean Brett Lee?, If so, I agree, he never gave up, and always told the batsmen what he thought.
529@ Puma:Sledging (in a positive way – only) does 2 things, it riles the enemy, and gets your adrenaline going. Imagine a mad and firing Morkel, sh1t, even I would be nervous sitting in my armchair a thousand miles away!
If we get a wicket now, it’s game on!
13 Needed… Johnson on strike
Ha ha ha, who saw Lyon there, that is nerves if I have ever seen it
11 needed
