OK, second half we are playing WITH the breeze…
Disection:
Bokke options suspect
We’re not protecting the ball on the ground well or respecting the breakdowns enough
Our backline has no penetration
We miss Bissie as extra fetcher
We’re not aggressively blowing over the ruck
Scrums going well
We are dominating territory
Too many aimless kicking back down the Aussie throats
Vickerman saffa had a moosa first half, dirty on Brussouw though, fom the side into the ribcage…
Boks playing well, but Morne must follow Lambie’s lead and kick for corners, rolling kicks…
Wallabies try came from a wrong Bokke option… was a bloody soft try!
Fark, why do we always have to come from the disadvantage of being points down?
@ The_Young_Turk:
First 12 minutes were hectic,we should have scored twice, and then Cooper collected turnover ball in front of his own posts and put us 60 yards back, from where they scored, totally against the run, faaaark, crucial point of the match that….
Get Hougie and Bissy on for Habs and Smit immediately.
Studio presenters must phone the coach quickly , they have it right, we must also play the ball on the ground , the ref allows it today
@ Pietman:
Thanks Piet for that summary.
158 @ superBul:
Watch Bryce not allowing it in the second half… hehehe
We just need to stay calm. The Wobblies have no ball, so we must just take the penalty points.
@ Pietman:
agree , but like you and i said , why the heck did they try and drive out there with Schalk, Morne can handle the pressure in a situation like that , just trust him.
Hi all. It’s morning, but I’m not sure if it’s a good morning.
Are the Boks not clever enough to adapt to a referee in a game situation?
Guess I’ve asked that a hundered times before and know the answer.
Lawrence is an average ref at his best, and we just don’t seem to be able to adapt to his interpretation. Shows a lack of intelligence to me.
Boks can win this game but need to tighten it up a bit.Too many 50/50 passes being thrown, and too many players getting the vital 2 metres ahead of the support.
Aussies are reading our plays well and their scramble defence is working for them, even if it is just on the wrong side of the rules.
Enjoy the 2nd half.
Too nervous to blog during the game.
Chat later maybe. Got to work straight after the match.
2Nd Half ON!
Habs must be replaced, maybe by Gio to bring some edge to the backline.
Fok, duik die OU!
Jaque moet tackle die bliksem is te lui
Danie has been quietish.
Flok, old Schalla gives everything
Sjoe!
Ozzie commentators do their bit for their team as always.
Bokke started well, but these Aussies are so dangerous on the counter
Komaan Danie jy lyk nou meer gefokus
Lets hope the brains trust got the message through at half-time, or we’re coming home
iemand moet vir die bokke se dat ‘breakdown’ beteken nie hulle moet ‘breakdown’ he nie!
Arghhhh almost a Lambie try, ruled a forward pass from Jean to Lambie
FUCK!
175@ Rugbyprof:LOL
For farks sake , we wussed robbed!!!!!!
I’ve certainly seen worse forward passes going unnoticed
