@ grootblousmile:
The Bulls supporters will take a little bit of satisfaction if WP loses.
Penalty Lions…
8 Minutes left
Butch to go for posts
@ The_Young_Turk:
dont sulk mate , i am honest i love this.
Butch hooks it left
@ superBul:
He he, which other team would you not support against WP?
Simply not enough time left for WP….
Lions play a penalty advantage
Penalty WP, as Minnie is tackled and tries to play on
Lions paying a heavy price now with injuries.
4 minutes left… Jantjies back on, Butch off again
Looks like my Sharks will play Lions at Ellis Park next week. Actually feel it is fair for Lions to get a final. They really deserve to be there. Just hope Sharks win it though….. 😛 🙂
Evening All
Having only followed SA Rugby since 2009’ish it is such a surprise to see Lions and winning ever in the same sentence together!! 😉
They have been the poor relations for the last few years!
@ The_Young_Turk:
Turk the SHARKS, i like the North vs South battles
Scrum Lions…. 3 minutes left
Don’t be so touchy guys. We all know the WP vs NTvl rivalry runs deep and strong.
Penalty Lions…. take your time, if you are wise…. kick for touch.
They do
AC farked up the Bok backline under JW, we spend hours of debating it on the old Voldy. When the WP gave him the job i said back then , WP are doomed. 4 years on i think i had it right.
@ Puma:
Agree that Lions fully deserve to win and backing them against your team in the final mate
Less than a minute left…. game is safe for the Lions as Aplon passes forward to De Jongh
This Lions team are no pussy cats. Respect guys.
Hooter has gone… Lions scrum
Handbags as the Lions get a penalty
Game Over… and then there was only 2….
@ superBul:192 – hehe. Ja Super, You don’t like my Sharkies much….hehehe. But our young guns done it for us this year. Most of the CC our Boks were out of the side. Now with our Boks back we could win it again this year.
Pleased Lions get to hold the Final. They deserve it. If they beat my Sharks next week won’t be as upset as I would have been losing to Province. BUT of course want my Sharks to win it.
Altitude is always tough for the coastal teams. Then we beat the Bulls at Loftus for a play off in SuperRugby. So hoping altitude don’t worry my team too much next week.
Lambie should start at fh not Freddie.
@ superBul:
And now he’s thoroughly farked up the WP backline too.
Final Score: MTN Lions 29 / 20 DHL Western Province
EEE picked the score right
i must say it , brag a bit , i might be second last in our pool but i know who chokes in SA Rugby
Hope there are not too many injuries in the Lions team for the final. Would be a fairy tale win if Lions can beat the Bok filled Sharks.
@ superBul:
Well, welcome to the sidelines WP… we’re in the same boat.
@ superBul:
“i must say it , brag a bit , i might be second last in our pool but i know who chokes in SA Rugby” so i picked the Lions by 6
