It’s pretty sad that nobody of quality wants to work for our National Rugby body.
I’ve dealt with some of SARU’s people…. couple of really ordinary chops!
What will it take to clean the SARU cupboard out?
We sit with such a shitty system of a cumbersome President’s Council.
They’ve recently changed the structure somewhat, but it has produced no fruits yet.
You must just hear what one of our Authors and Bloggers (TonyM) has to say about those farkers… and the nepotism and blatant money wasting which goes on in those offices.
And the Kings want Super Rugby status
Try April… in Octoberrrrr
Boland really giving the Kings carrots now
Boland 28 / 7
32@ grootblousmile:With the current system, I understand, it is nigh on impossible to get rid of them once they are in. What will happen in the end, is that they will drive people away from rugby. Empty stadiums will eventually bring about a regime change. In any other country there would be a revolution, but here in SA, we, the supporters are too scared/laid back/naive, and so just let it carry on. It is the South African way, and it has alot to do with our past, and the fact that we still live with the guilt, and therefore do not want to rock the boat and make a scene. The Bryce Laywrence petition is a case in point. We are happy to all sign on to this, but if it was a similsr petition to oust Snor, the ramifications would be very different.
Right, off to do a bit of work, looks like the Boys for the Boland have this one in the bag, see you for the semi’s tomorrow. Cheers
36 @ Just For Kicks:
I was involved in an organisation a few years ago, SARSU (South African Rugby Supporters Union).
The apathy from supporters was amazing… only a mere hand full of people willing to fight for an organisation which could have given supporters a real voice in SA Rugby.
… and then there was the infighting between joppie-soekers within the organisation….
I resigned as a Director, took my lemoene and farked off. The organisation just died, upon my exit.
Try Damnwell Demas.
Demas scores again
Boland 38 / 7 with less than 5 minutes to go
Try for Jordaan of Boland… the Kings wheels are off, the axle broken, the oxen running wild
Boland 43 / 7
Bobby Dyer scores just after the final whistle, for the Kings
Final Score: Boland Kavaliers 43 / 12 EP Kings
Boland Kavaliers wins the ABSA Currie Cup First Division
Come on, shuffle up… 4 minutes to go till kick-off
Players coming out… Loftus very, very empty
Last game for Gary Botha at Loftus
Game ON!
Bulls need a full 5 Log points as well as 59 points difference just to stand a mathematical chance to slip into 4th spot
Bulls penalty, from a scrum… turned around for a Dean Greyling infringement
Arggghhhh, Bulls well on attack and Zane Kirchner knocks
Strong Bulls scrum, it wheels, yet the Leopards get the reset throw
Free kick Leopards
Bulls penalty, kickable
They kick for touch, goodtouch finder
Tryyyyyyy Aikona Ndungane
Blue Bulls 7 / 0
Try CJ Stander for the Bulls, in the righthand corner
