Good morning all! Nice to see that try for Namibia and good conversion
Heinz Koll sets a Namibia record with his second Rugby World Cup try
@ Bullscot:
Morning Scotty
Would be good to see Namibia compete on a regular basis with Japan, Russia, Romania, Georgia……

Hi superBul yes was a good try for Jenkins am sure as the years go by the distance that he ran will increase with each time he talks about it
68 @ Bullscot:
Hello Bully…. hoe hang die ghoenne vandag?
@ grootblousmile:
They were also given a mission impossible by playing their 4 games in 14 days. Sad indeed.
@ Bullscot:
Yes and worth every beer they will gulp down
Jacque Burger made a few good tackles today

I mentioned it yesterday, on the Argies / Scots Game Article.
Some teams have only played 2 games so far… Canada, Italy, Georgia
71@ grootblousmile:
I guess the problem is that some of Namibia top players need to play for clubs in Europe to make a living out of the game so may be hard to have them released by these clubs too often. Have seen talk from various punters on how southern hemisphere rugby should be helping Argentina, maybe SA can do more to help Namibia and have more of their players in local competitions.
Namibia’s Raoul Larson concedes a penalty for front row collapsing scrum
Yellow carded
@ superBul:
You are missing the point. JS is a good player – at that level there are no “bad” players. He is just not close to the the best and he has been forceing the team to carry him for too many matches. Top level sports is about playing your top players.
There is this ridiculous idea among some people about loyalty. As if JS retiring will be some kind of death sentence or punishment. No he will retire a very comfortable man with a lot of different options open to him. Every sportsman reaches this point. JS is not owed anything. He has been well paid for his contribution and he will continue to earn a fortune from rugby. He owes us, the fans, not the other way round.
Russel Winder says:
Namibia try shows that big tall locks have to be able run as well as jump. Good to watch, good for Namibia. Bad for Wales
Oh dear is that the floodgates open now, George North is such a good runner
@ grootblousmile:
Agree with you Bigblu. They should have the minnows playing each other more often. These matches against the top teams don’t help anyone. You can’t learn anything if the gap is too big. You learn and improve by playing someone a reasonable bit better than you, not miles better.
73@ grootblousmile:
Hello gbs sorry multi-tasking this side this morn, going alright here how bout your end?

No i dont miss the point at all. Sometimes you play a player that is not the best but because of his other qualities. Some time to preserve the team dynamics. Ask even GBS who supports your view that JS is useless if he thought that Francios Pienaar was the best in his position in 1995 and wheter he considered JS better than Gary Botha back in 2007.
The best and 2nd best might not br such a big difference as you thought. JS is good enough. Bismack is unlucky , just like Gary Botha was to play in the same time as JS.
Try George North for Wales
Try Jonathan Davies
Try George North again
Wales out to 57 / 7
Hat trick for Scott Williams
Flood gates now open
Wales 64 / 7
The 2011 Jonathan Davies needed three matches to do what the 1987 Jonathan Davies could not do in six matches – score a try. They are two different Wales players by the same name
