Argentina made England sweat and work very hard for their win.
The worst aspect of this match was poor goal kicking by both sides.

England scrums now strong
England SHOULD close this game out now. But………
Would JW make it into the Bulls team?
Another England scrum penalty… eeeeeaaasy one for Johnny boy
I could kick better with my kak knees…hehehe. Both teams have been totally useless kicking for posts.
Another penalty from a strong scrum
Johnny from in front again.
Surely must get it over?
OVER….. 4 point game .
Another kick………and he ………………………………………..gets it over.
England 13 / 9
Didn’t think it would be this close, thought England would win comfortably, still anyone’s game I guess…
5 mins to play. Argies need a try. Have to play catch up, but spill the ball.
Ashton gathers and the Argies give another penalty away.
Penalty England and they kick for touch… 3 min left only
155@ Puma:
hello man maybe you should fly over there and offer your kicking services to England for the rest of the tournament
Almost a score by Armitage, just out
England for the corner. 5m Line out.
Agree with commentators, Young has made a massive difference for England.
5m Out. Driving for the line.
Armitage out in touch.
Is Scotland in this pool? Think they are. If England and Arg play like this against Scotland they will surely lose to Scotland.
Heck the nh rugby is terrible. Even France battled to beat Japan.
Arg will have to sharpen up for 3N next year. They need players playing in SuperRugby.
An exciting end to a boring game.
WOW what a final few minutes.
Last gasp effort by the Argies…. from their own line, and doing well
@ Bullscot:162 – I just may do that………hehe.
Damn, that was a late tackle on Imhoff
Very lucky that should have been penalty to Argentina for late tug there
Last chance saloon for the Argies.
Time up.
Arg need a try. They drive but have farrrr to go.
Penalty to the Poms……….game over.
PENALTY ENGLAND.
All over.
This game needed early tries to open it up.
Once England scored the try it all opened up nicely.
Kicking from both sides was absolutely woefull.
164@ Scrumdown:
Yes Scrumdown just shows what a quality player Youngs is, to have been out for so long and play like that says something about the man, I wondered if he may just be a bit rusty they will be glad he is back, daylight between him and Englands next best scrumhalfs.
@ Puma:
Are you on Planet-Rugby forum?
Cheers all.
Got some errands to run and some work to do.
Chat tomorrow morning again.
That was actually painful to watch. Hope both teams play a lot better next time.
Thought England would have been better than that. If they play like that they no threat at all to the sh teams. Let alone Scotland in their pool. For now Scotland top their pool…hehehe. My favourite country outside of South Africa.
