no wonder we had snow on the mountains here this year
This way, then that… ref happy to blow the freegin penalties
Penalties everywhere, both sides.
This is a biggish match. Pity that the small stadium is not full.
Pocock bullies the Italians into holding on.
Geez, this ref is a whistle happy half breed. (Half Oirish, half French!!!)
My ogies willie kyk nie… hehehe
GBS, is that SAFFA in blue related to you?
I guess he must be, you’re all related aren’t you?
38 @ Scrumdown:
Geldenhuys??
Must be somehow… maybe a bit far back though
Bergamasco misses a penalty
Italioan didn’t release in the tackle and the ref allowed them to turn the ball over.
Haven’t seen too much consistency from the Ref’s so far this tourney.
And the goal kicking has been k@k in the games I’ve seen thus far.
Cooper kops one for the cause.
ridiculous penalty against the Italian tackler on Cooper.
Now Surfer Dude has a shot at goal.
How many penalties already??
3-0

With some real scrum gurus here this morning i want to post this question. Is it really helping the game of rugby when refs award penalties against props slipping the bind at engage? More background, i mean right at the start. The slippery , tight fitting clothes they wear must make it most difficult to get a good grip.
Now the freekin sun is shining.
They should have used the Crowded House song “Four seasons in one day” as the anthem for this WC.
Cooper punishes the Italian hookers indiscretion.
3/0 Aussies.
Aussie get bloody close, but out
46@ superBul:
Extremely difficult.
I also find it difficult to accept that refs TELL the props where to bind.
Part of the scrummaging art is to vary your position and length of bind, and so the whole dynamic of the front row battle.
the art of scrummaging is being legislated out of the game, yet in conditions like we can expect in this WC the scrum could very well be an integral weapon in the armoury of the teams expecting to win.
All a bit deurmekaar really.
lots of nothing happening.
Has FdP started an acadamy teaching Scrummies to throw their arms up in the air and complain to the officials?
Hehehe. Castrogiovanni looked disapointed that advantage was allowed and no penalty called.
Grizzled old Eytie prop!!!
Ozz hard on attack
What I like is the ref is wanting to carry on with the game. Lots of “we don’t need him”
Penalty right in front for Ozz
Wallabies picking the tempo up now.
10m out and grinding with the forwards.
Penalty in front. Easy 3 points, and the ref has a chat to the boys in blue.
Have you seen Parisse’s wife? She is super hot.

Really… where can I see her?
@ Loosehead:
When I was in Milan 2 years ago I never saw an ugly (as in Witbank ugly) or overweight Italian woman.
