This was not a pretty, airy-fairie match, but hard and unrelenting rugby.

Nice kick from Jackson. Thought it was not gonna make it but did.
Go Scotland.
Do feel for Arg with all their injuries but that is the game of rugby.

@ Just For Kicks:59 – hehehe. Another joins us supporting the Scots. I love the Scottish Anthem.
59 @ Just For Kicks:
Hehehehe
Does she wear the kilt in da house?
I see Puma ignores me this morning again….
64@ grootblousmile:Not if I can help it!
With all the posession would have like a bigger lead by now, just not protecting the ball enough, think I heard a commentator mention have already conceded 12 turnovers.
63@ Puma:Me too, but after the 4th time today, it gets a bit much!
@ Bullscot:
Yip, Scotland playing most of the rugga but losing possession too much.
Scots certainly playing a more open style, but don’t think the rain is helping too much
@ Just For Kicks:68 – Well after the 4th time then yes….haha.
Pick of the backs for Scotland so far for me has been Max Evans, we need to get the ball to him more often he is looking very sharp
If the Argies deflower the Scots today, what will their Anthem be in Future?
Scotland line out worked well in 1st half winning own ball quite well and also disrupting Argentina’s
Was concerned about the lack of tighthead cover on the bench with quite new man starting, but maybe the injury to Argentine prop will let us off for that
2nd Half ON!
@ grootblousmile:
“Ouch flower of Scotland, ouch, ouch”
Poor drop goal attempt that
@ grootblousmile:28 – Had to go and see where I was ignoring you… 🙂 I miss a lot of the posts as you know well…hehe.
I was up at 4.15am this morning to blog with you. BUT heck I was tired and just looked at my watch and went back to sleep. Just waited for the Scotland/Arg game. The one that counts this morning. Really hoping for Scotland to win this one and also beat England. Now that would be a upset. Then ABs will have to face England in their quarter.
So… GO SCOTLAND GO…
If Argies don’t sort out their kicking, they’re in for a long night.
Scotland does look composed, even on defence…
Penalty Argies, own half ot the field
Great line out steal Richie Gray!
Penalty trading..
Now the Scots have one in their half
Argies playing a very risky type of game.
Scots hard on attack…. and then the ball is hacked out…
Pity the weather has turned to shit in Wellington again…. jeeez that place has kak weather
Argies trying to run too much from close to their goal line
Relieving penalty for Argies
Kick directly into touch from Rodriguez
Very tight game… Scots now back on attack.
Paterson drop attempt…. missed left
Penalty advantage to the Argies… and they get the penalty…
Contpomi going for goal, difficult in the conditions
