Stormers chances of reaching final now depend on other results going their way. At this stage Reds look certain of topping table with Saders 2nd. That’s going to make it tough to get to the final.
Chiefs is ‘n baie beter span as hul plek op die log.
Ref could have given a penalty to Chiefs at the end there for the tap into touch and denied the Stormers the bonus point.
Poor streeptruie, must have been so hard to travel all that way from the “fairest Cape” to NZ. Such a long flight. No wonder you all looked so tired in the last 20 minutes.
Right, gather around people. Time for those wild Aussie horses to get a mauling from the King of Beasts! (Hehehe)
Maybe I should go and sit with the bunch of kids at my daughter’s birthday party.
At least I won’t swear as much.
GBS, you get my mail from yesterday with CC article?
Nothing at all to do with traveling or referee. Simple temperament and character. Stormers went to pieces mentally and lost all composure and structure becoming hesitant and without confidence leading unnecessary errors. They lost this match not because Chiefs are a good team but because Chiefs refused to lie down and die and showed great fighting spirit.
Miskien het die Stormers verloor omdat hul soos hul ondersteuners gedink het die Chiefs is nie ‘n goeie span nie ?
Well the Stormers blew that one.
@ bdb:
They were ahead 20 – 3 at halftime. Chiefs are bottom of the log. What other proof do you need that Chiefs are not a good side????????
@ bdb:
You’re missing my entire point so this is a silly pointless discussion. I’m saying that the stormers had the game won and then lost composure when the weaker team fought back. You’re saying that no, the other team is not really a weak team because there is no such thing as a weak team in the comp. Obviously the last point is true, but i’m talking relatively and you’re looking at it from the point of view as a bulls fan who sees the other saffa teams as a threat to the bulls and their reputation.
101: OK, ons stem saam. 😉
