Bulls (40) 47 / Rebels (3) 10 (Final Score)
The Bulls hosted the Melbourne Rebels at Loftus Versfeld, Pretoria, at 17:05 SA Time. This was the match thread for discussion of the game. The match was broadcast live on SuperSport 1, SHD & M-Net on TV in SA.
The Bulls blitzed the Melbourne Rebels in the first half, scoring 6 tries to none, but the second half was a dour affair with lots of replacements disrupting all rythm in the game and therefor the second half only produced 7 points for each of the 2 sides.
Job done and mission accomplished by the Bulls, 5 Log points in the bag.

@ The_Young_Turk:
He is doing his word , dont worry
109: nee ek stem nie saam nie. 😉
Stegmann & Fourie du Preez off, replaced by Kuun & Hougie
Again replacements does not weaken the team
Werner skrum die manne moeg vanaand.
Is that the hattrick for prettyboy???
Penalty Rebels and Huxley drives a kick out… 6m out from the Bulls line.
Bulls steal the Rebels lineout
Spies stole that ball in the line out on our line
This is unfair, Bulls will have had two weeks rest – the bye last week and this match against the melbourne rubbish
@ The_Young_Turk:
You call him prettyboy Hahaha , your hero
127: dink meisiekind het in 2 wedstryde meer driee gedruk as die stormers in die hele seisoen. 😉
Chillies jy kan maar bietjie inklim man ek sien jy wag baie rond
@ bdb:
132
hahaha, waar ne
Brummer on, Morne off
@ bdb:
Ha ha can’t argue with that one. But seriously how many has he scored in this match so far?
Vlok, a little knowledge is dangerous! (Just ask Doppies!)
The game has fizzled out a lot in the 2nd Half…. just coasting, in stead of hitting the last nails into the coffin.
Bulle speel nie goed as hul so ver voor is nie.
Rebels missing PissCat Danny.
If he was there would be TOTALLY different!
Hehehe. Maybe not.
Sh1t, with hands like that Chilliboy could easily get a lifelong contract in Doornfontein!
@ grootblousmile:
Another 10 points for Bulls will do for my Bru and their nett score
Grrrr, kak knock by Chiliboy… they just do not get going now man!
They have a plethera of ball and are clearly better but the rhytm is just not there.
@ grootblousmile:
if the score stays the same Bulls points difference will only be +20……..
Wag vir die Bulle om 80 minute te click, hul speel hier en daar vir 20/30 minute goed.
Houghaard is like an STD all over a Rosettenville Street hooker’s nether regions at scrum time.
Really looks eager.
Penalty Bulls…. easy one, Brummer goes for touch.
Come on Bulls… maul them stukkend!
Intercept by the Rebels…. but they are hauled in…. and penalty Bulls
@ The_Young_Turk:
Agree they must up it
Oh my goodness.
Throw the blind pass. Good chase though.
That should be a yellow IMO.
Second half score is 7 / 7…. shocking
